Recently submitted a time sensitive request for replacing my condo balcony shutters, and our inter-action with Vesta Property Services was and has been first rate. In this case, from Margarita answering our telephone call and making sure we were all aligned, with the requisite forms and what was needed to process the request, to Yanina, our main POC, who expeditiously followed up with the HOA board and got it done within a few hours and kept me in the loop as the request got processed. It was incredible service!

Experiencia fantástica: As a Real Estate Professional I have to work with most of the management companies, HOA's, COA's etc. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, the team in the Vero Beach Office are first rate and really take time to help transactions move speedily and with no drama! Yanina and the entire team thank you. On a side note if someone needs a management company, this would be a great option. They take time to treat everyone with respect. And guess what? They answer the phone, respond to e-mails, and really enjoy their job.

Experiencia fantástica: Yanina covered for our property manager for 2 weeks, while our other CAM was out. She exhibits the traits that a property manager should possess. You can tell that she comes from and is customer service oriented. Our maintenance person had just left and no replacement. As stated by another owner, Yanina was out and about pitching in whenever she could. Sweeping, hosing down board walk, and pulling weeds. She has attention to detail. Wish she could stay as she is courteous, professional and follows through with actions and communication. It was a pleasure having her on the property. I am a former board member and full time resident at the Condominium. Vesta is lucky to have her on staff.

Experiencia negativa: after explaining my problem women on the phone was rude and told me to “slow down” multiple times when i was simply calling to inform in a clubhouse issue and this was the only available number. i was left on hold only to be told she can’t do anything and to put a work order in and she told me the website faster than i was speaking the entire time. called to inform instead my time was wasted. bad service and unhelpful.

Experiencia negativa: What a joke! They call me for my roof application. When I call back, they say no application was submitted at first, find later, and have to call me back. Further, Chris Diaz can't forward the email to Chris Skinner and instead tells me to call the office. Moreover, no follow up for a work order request to install a master sprinkler shut off valve to our property when every other home has one. Do not recommend to any HOA to use Vesta, notably since ours is leaving them.
