They were professional, friendly, and we always shared a laugh together. This is an industry that you sometimes have to deal with some tough cookies on both sides, but here I never felt that once. Geoffrey even offered to help me look for a new place when I was moving out. 5 stars to the Serdars I say!

He speaks down to women and is very rude. there are a lot of good agents out there. If you wanted to be treated professionally and with respect, do not use Geoffrey. ETA 4/21: Geoffrey has now gone to the extent of finding me on social media and privately messaging me. To answer his response of reporting my review - We have had interaction as I communicated with you on behalf of my mother whom you tried to take advantage of, harassed and illegally evicted and stole money from because she was not willing to allow you to intimidate and force her to vacate earlier than what her lease allowed. Given that we are in the same business, you seemed shocked and unprepared for the legal knowledge I presented to you, and surprised that it came from a woman as well. It not only offended you, but also caused you to become more hostile. I stand by my initial review and will not allow you to bully me or anyone else moving forward. ETA also 4/21: After communication, while I feel there is more understanding to the situation, the behaviors are not excused, let me explain. There were obviously huge miscommunications by all parties at the time of the events described above and I believe we both can own up to those mistakes. With that said, the approach and the way things were handled were still a bit inappropriate. I will update my review slightly for misunderstanding some of the context to the situation (however maybe my personal social media wasn't the right move, but all good), but it truly still comes down to the attitude and behaviors that occurred. It should have never happened and there needed to be a level of professionalism and respect from both parties. I commend Geoffrey for hearing me out and taking into consideration what I have said and I wish him nothing but the best and I believe we all learned from the situation. I'd also like to readdress his issues with women - that may have been out of line, however him and I have discussed how his responses may have come off as sexist or against women. In our recent conversations, he was respectful, professional and did try to reconcile any misunderstandings in that regard as he was adamant that it is not in his character, and I believe him. I am happy to be moving on from this situation, as I am sure he is as well.

Experiencia negativa: Geoffrey was pushy, rude, and insulting in the 3 interactions I had with him. Even though I never asked, he put me on his mailing list. I've tried to unsubscribe from it multiple times, but I keep getting the annoying, unwanted emails. He comes across as a sleezy and slick person, only interested in catering to people who can afford all the designer things and own multiple, million dollar homes. He left a horrible taste in my mouth, and continues to make me throw up a little every time I receive another unwanted SPAM email. The nicest thing I can say to or about him is: I hope you have the day you deserve.

The two of them balance each other out so well and never stray from the most important aspect of their day, which is getting you into your perfect home and or making you the most money on the sale of your house. The brutal honesty when touring a home with these two is an extremely refreshing and rare characteristic in the real estate business. The two of them listen to exactly what you want in your life. They then assess your needs that you can’t yourself yet see. They really help to change your perspective when looking for a new home by walking you through the process of seeing things through their eyes. In preparation to sell two of our homes at the same time, they gave us a laundry list of things to do down to the current trends in paint colors. This was questionable to us at first. In finishing all of these tasks, our houses increased in value by tens of thousands and both went for well over asking price. If a property is not right for you, this will be expressed immediately and the reasons given are described in layman‘s terms so it’s easy to walk away from a desired property or an area because of the knowledge that these two bring to the table. Anytime I needed something from the two of them, Geoffrey would answer the phone and before I was even finished with my question, Sabrina will have already emailed me everything I needed in my inbox. They will fight for you and make Damn sure you are extremely satisfied with your decisions. After all, their reputation is on the line. They take this very seriously. The team of people they’ve partnered with have been involved in all six of these sales. I cannot express my gratitude and I am so impressed with their professionalism and accessibility. I have other friends that happen to be realtors and are shocked when I tell them about the innovative ways these two get things done. I’ve seen how other realtors operate. They don’t hold a candle to Serdar + Partners and I’ve realized that most other agents are a joke. Experiencia negativa: These two don't even deserve one star. I had the unfortunate experience of renting from Sabrina and Geoffrey. While the property was nice, the lease agreement (among many other things) was absolutely ridiculous. •We were charged to have mouse traps placed around the property and AGAIN for each time they were "checked" (what tenant should be responsible for that?!?) And they never disclosed the actual bill so the likeliness of them lying is high. •In one month we paid a higher water bill than what a family of four would pay for an entire house in 5 months, and we were only in a three-bedroom duplex! •To top it off they also stole our deposit. Charged us for the wildest things even though we recorded Sabrina saying that the place looked great. •At one point Geoffrey even left me a threatening and harassing voicemail over a leaky pipe. I could go on, but I'll spare you. If I were you I would say as far away from these two as possible. Just to put things into perspective I had a lawyer ready to work pro bono to take them to court. They are the definition of sleazy. Maybe they sell the hell out of houses, but they are TERRIBLE landlords.
