When we started they gave a us a few quick “fixes” to make on our home to help us sell better. Many questioned why we’d put any money into our current home when it’s a sellers market but the Stafford’s are the experts and I am so glad we listened! After one day on market, 6 offers later at 10% over asking price we had sold our home all thanks to Sharla and Eric. Eric did some behind the scenes negotiating and got us the best combination of all the offers into one great offer. Then comes the buying (which is supposed to be terrifying right now, right??). Not with them! I gave them my insanely long super picky list of what I wanted in a home and Sharla was able to send me house options before they came up on regular sites as “coming soon”.
