Land purchases can be tricky with zoning questions, boundary lines, utility access, and all sorts of details that don't come up with a typical home sale. Experiencia fantástica: About 3 moths ago I and my wife reached out to Logan about putting our house on the market. we met up and over the course of a couple hours we came up with a gameplan to get our house sold. Logan was very knowledgeable and walked us through each step we would need to take to get our house ready for market. as we progressed through each step over the first two months, Logan was there to deal with every curveball that was thrown our way, as well as constantly assuring us that we would sell, which it did no more than 30 days from when it was officially listed. Experiencia negativa: We rented a home in Savannah through them. We had contacted the property manager several times in regards to repairs and were ignored. When it was down to the low 30s and 20s recently we notified her immediately there was no heat in the home. Our home got down to 41 degrees with a newborn in the home. 10 days AFTER a crew finally came out and made the repair. Didn’t offer an alternative heat source. We had to rent a room and neighbors helped to proved heat for us. We tried to get 1 heater reimbursed and were ignored. When we notified them about moving on base, the property manager stayed in contact. But now that we have moved, she is back to ignoring us in regards to our deposit being refunded. Not to mention being charged $600 for cleaning of ceiling fans. I’d never rent from them again. Now the lady they claim who doesn’t work for them by “Ricky” has now filed a suit against us for almost 21k in damages and has listed the home for sale THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

Experiencia negativa: DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH JACKIE MERRITT OR THIS DISHONEST COMPANY! As if finding an affordable home to rent is not hard enough right now this company has been dishonest, inconsistent & absolutely ridiculous. I applied for a townhome & shortly after received an email stating I didn’t qualify due to my credit score. I KNEW for a fact that couldn’t be possible so I asked Jackie Merritt where they pull credit reports from & was told Transunion. I went to Transunion, pulled my own report & sent it to her, proving my credit score is in fact not an issue. A week after that she sends me another email stating that my salary was not 3x the rent & I did not qualify. First of all, wouldn’t you have mentioned that along with my credit score being an issue? Secondly, the rent price is $1,600/month & my salary is $62,000/year. According to my calculations 3x that rent amount is approx. $58,000. If you ask me they’re sitting back collecting application fees while flat out lying to applicants about why they have not or cannot be approved!

In these challenging times, I admire her tenaciousness and professionalism. Her patience with us as novice to the world of property management is praise worthy and we are grateful for her incite and help as we navigate through this process. You have demonstrated that you have your clients best interest at heart! Thank you for all you do!

Experiencia negativa: Our team of professional property managers is highly trained, 100% devoted to seeing your property generate the highest possible revenue streams, and motivated to work as if the property were their own. I really like this first sentence of your page and would even love it if it was true. However, unfortunately, we are unable to confirm that your property manager depicted what your first sentence on your page said. We had Jackie Merrit as our property manager for our first rental property in Pooler GA Area. We first contacted her On Sept 21 and got a response later the day of Sept 22. We were already wondering why it took almost 24h to respond to a single text message. But, we yet still proceed with the service with Jackie Merritt. Let me point out some issues with her 1. She misled us - She advised to put a 2100 price tag on the property while 1700 are the standard for the area (confirm by another property manager who actually knows what they are doing 2. The biggest issue with her is, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, how could you become a property manager if you hardly respond to your email and text messages. It takes at least 24h to get a reply from her. We have missed so many potential tenants due to her lack of professionalism ( see attached sample of how long it takes her to respond to communication. 3. First time she posted pictures of our property, she took pictures with a cellphone, how lazy someone could be to only use cellphones to take pictures. It turned out all pictures were dark and even my 3 years old niece could take better pictures than that. After our complaint, she redoes the pictures. 4. All her unprofessionalism hasn't stopped yet. She failed to post pictures on the rental website page ( see attached). Also only for almost 1 month into the contract then she creates the owner account. 5. When we followed up on Friday, Oct 1, 2021, asked if our listing lived yet, she ensure that it is, but we were unable to find it anywhere online so we followed up on Tuesday, Oct 5,2021 and She just posted it right then! How many days have been wasted because of her! (see attached) 6. Last but not least, she keeps saying that the market is great but after 1 month no tenant due to her laziness and lack of knowledge she blames the market and said it is not the right time to rent right now. We terminated her contract after 1-month bad taste in our mouth with your company and we found other Property Management, and it shows us the difference between unprofessional individual to a professional one. Our property is rented out within 2 weeks on the market and guesses what, all went smoothly without us following up we get all the reports needed. I hope my review will get your attention because you are dealing with people's money and if your words were right that you work as if the property were yours, then these issues shouldn't have happened.
