Experiencia negativa: These are the worse people to rent from! The apartments i lived in they took over a few years ago and didn't hesitate to jump the rent up tremendously! Those apartments are now $1,700 dollars and they haven't did any upgrades yet, the stove had so much rust under it and inside, the refrigerators are old and used to always give out, the water heater would always go out as well. If rent is going to constantly sky rocket every year, then atleast go in and upgrade the appliances and re paint the walls. Kellie Davidson is very rude and they only respond back when its convenient for them.

Experiencia negativa: Be sure to document every little thing when renting with them. They'll barely inspect during move in but will white glove you for move out. Also, be sure to disclose if your neighbors smoke, even if platinum doesnt own your whole complex, youll be charged $225 to clean the smell. $95 to change an already broken light fixture. Using expensive contractors instead of their own maintenance. Be weary of the last minute money grab at move out.

Experiencia negativa: I came to Platinum Properties from another property manager, Michelle, who was great to work with. When she switched companies, I followed her to Platinum Properties. Eventually, Michelle left, and I stayed with Platinum. That’s when I noticed the quality of service declined significantly. As a homeowner, I found their communication confusing and unprofessional. Many times I didn’t even know who I was speaking with or why they were calling. It left me with the impression they didn’t know what they were doing. Once my tenants moved out at the end of August, I decided not to continue with their services. Since I live in Orlando and my rental property is in Savannah, I wasn’t there in person for the move-out—my mistake, but a lesson learned. Platinum Properties handled the move-out and uploaded only about 15 photos to the portal, making things look okay on the surface. However, when I hired a new property management company, they quickly pointed out that the home was not in good shape. They provided me with more extensive photos showing issues that Platinum overlooked. When I personally visited the property, I saw that the home had not been deep cleaned, despite my agreement requiring tenants to do so. The carpets were supposedly “professionally cleaned,” but I had to ask four times for a receipt, and the cleaning was done a week before move-out while furniture was still inside. The carpets still had debris, stains, and dirt along the baseboards. On top of that, the tenants had done poor paint touch-ups using a different color and finish, forcing me to repaint entire walls. Platinum did not hold them accountable for this or for the lack of deep cleaning. I asked Platinum properties several times about the deep cleaning and they ignored me. No attempt was done to get my property clean. They did send out their “preferred vendor” to fix two walls and the ceiling. He did an awful job using, yet again, different color paint, and fixed the ceiling where you can see that the paint is glossy finish. To make matters worse, they left my property key at the home after the tenants moved out and never notified me. My property was left unsecured from Friday through the following Tuesday after Labor Day until I contacted them myself. Overall, this was a horrible experience as a homeowner. Platinum Properties does not communicate well, does not hold tenants accountable, and does not take ownership when things are handled poorly. I constantly had to follow up to get basic answers, and even then, important issues were ignored. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management. It seems like they did not care about my property since I decided to not use their service anymore which confirmed my decision.

Experiencia negativa: I see quite a few good reviews, I wish I could say my experience was the same. I emailed this company a few days ago to look at a rental property. No response. I then called, again no response or call back. Today I finally get a hold of Toni and she is extremely rude when she answers the phone, cutting me off before I even say the name of the property. "I had a group viewing on that house and I already have applications in that look promising and will probably get approved" she says essentially telling me "no you can't see it and I don't care". Well you know what Toni? Maybe if you would have actually emailed me back a few days ago I could have been in on that group viewing as well and put an off in also. Thanks a lot for not helping at all or even offering any other rental properties you might have. I would say I'm disappointed but since I don't know you maybe this is how you are normally and I should just be saying "thanks for giving me the worst possible service ever". If I could give you a negative score I would.

All move out homes are completely checked and gone over before homes are sold. All areas in home is wiped down and cleaned professionally. Experiencia negativa: Do not rent from these people! If I could give zero stars I would. These people are crooks. I moved into the property with nothing but problems and none were ever fixed in the 8 months i was there. The house smelled of something dead but they insisted it was fine, the air conditioner never worked right and it was hot, little things kept falling apart and they never wanted to fix it. They also wouldn't give me my deposit back because i had to move due to all these problems. They need to be shut down. They are liars and cheats.

Experiencia negativa: I have had nothing but problems out of this company. Back in October I rented a house through these people. The house had so many issues that needed to be addressed. I would have to request maintenance multiple times before ever getting anything done. I was 2 weeks without a stove. They let me out of my lease early because this house was so bad. I left a review of their company on google. They convinced me to take down my fb review but I refused to take down the google review, now this company is holding my $550 deposit hostage and trying to bribe and black mail me with my own money to take down my review. The way they treat and talk to people is horrible.

Experiencia negativa: Worst company to buy a house from. Tried to resolve the concerns of misrepresentation of a house by 375 SQ ft by calling the owner as directed from the board of Realtors. Owner didn't want to talk to me, told me I was interrupting her dinner with her husband. How professional. Broker was harassing my lender, roofer, even the closing attorney closing attorney said she was trying to be a bully to everyone. Broker told roofer they didn't think works needed to take a lunch that they should work in shifts. Lender said she kept calling asking for information that she was not privileged to have.
