His comparisons are spit on; the bank’s appraiser used the identical three. No issue for loan approval. He claimed his average time on market at 6.5 days. Using coming soon for brokers a few days before the Saturday open house.The open house drew 120 people and was in contract in 4 days with back up offers. Sold for $20,000 over asking price. Prior preparation made every step go smoothly. Jim’s research alerted this seller to a few open permits that the Town closed. Photos sold the house. Jom usd a professional that besides perfect interior shots used a drone for aerial images. The seller provided numerous picture of the gardens in bloom (as in early spring no blooms or leaves showed. Not being in Connecticut for my entire life, we wanted to ensure we worked with a knowledge and organized agent. Kris had immense knowledge of the market, provided consistent guidance since we were first-time home buyers, highly detail oriented and was incredibly responsive. During the process, he was on top of the most relative open houses that we may interested in, gave us his input on the house itself, gave us the heads up of anything new upcoming, and answered all of our questions very quickly. The way we bought our home was not at all traditional - at the time we were looking we ended up traveling outside of the state. We asked Kris to go to a property we had a high interest in. He offered to take a video which was very well detailed.
