Maine Street Property Management

Experiencia fantástica: They took good care of us!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience working with Erik Dowling from Maine Street Property Management. My partner and I were in a tough spot, with only about two weeks left on our lease, and we needed to find a new home quickly for our little family, including our 2-year-old. Erik was incredibly attentive, understanding exactly what we needed and helping us secure a place in record time. He clearly explained the entire process, got us approved the very next day, and we were able to move in that same weekend. Even after we settled in, Erik has remained responsive and reliable, always quick to address any maintenance issues that come up. Maine Street is truly lucky to have someone like Erik on their team, he genuinely cares about the people he helps.

Experiencia fantástica: Worked with Maine Street for about a year now and my experience has been great. Erik has been available right away if I had any questions or needed general support. If you're looking for a rental, check them out. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Will was a delight to work with to book our week in Maine this summer. He took the time to listen to our needs/wants and then was able to provide numerous properties to choose from. He would follow up but was NEVER pushy or annoying. Experiencia fantástica: Rented this house last Minute last year and a week became available. A few issues beyond property managers control came up and they were very responsive. Ots a lovely property. If traveling with elderly or disabled, the property os on a steep hill (albeit with parking) and lots of stairs to access house and bedrooms.

Experiencia fantástica: Will is a pleasure to work with . He responded in a timely manner and patiently answered all my questions . I would definitely work with him again on renting a property.

Experiencia fantástica: We rented a lovely home in York, ME for my cousin’s 70th birthday celebration. I had many questions regarding logistics and space in the house, from size of tables for linen rental, to possible caterers in the area, to a recommended local florist. He was able to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. We had a fantastic long weekend at this lovely home on the river!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve used Maine street property twice and both times had an excellent experience!

Experiencia fantástica: House was clean and well cared for. Welcome treats we were greeted with were much appreciated. Love being able to take my dog.

Experiencia fantástica: As a large rental property owner and real estate professional for over 20 years, I’ve worked with several management companies, and none have matched the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail that I’ve experienced with Maine Street Property Management. Erik Dowling and his team have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my Maine rentals are well-maintained, tenants are properly screened and supported, and any issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly. Their communication is outstanding — I always know what’s going on, and I trust their judgment completely when it comes to vendor management, leasing decisions, and handling the day-to-day operations. Erik brings both strategic insight and hands-on dedication, which is rare to find. His deep knowledge of the local market and proactive management style have added real value to my portfolio, and I truly view him as a partner in my long-term investment success. If you’re looking for a reliable management company which prioritizes professionalism and tenant satisfaction, I highly recommend Maine Street Property Management.

Experiencia fantástica: Rental Clients here! Erik was fantastic! He went out of his way and found us just what we were looking for! Application and lease signing was super easy. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Experiencia fantástica: Maine Street Property Management is an excellent group dedicated to their customers. We recently had to call on them for a home check service as we forgot to shut off the water when we were away and the temps dropped into the single digits (negative with wind chill). They were very prompt and professional in responding to both email and phone call and they were able to get us under contract and get over to the house and shut the water off in about 24 hours. After that we had a package errantly delivered to the house just before a snow storm and once again they were able to step up and move the package under the cover of the porch so as not to be ruined by the driveway snow plow. We highly recommend Maine Street Property Management!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a fabulous house! My husband and I stayed 3 nights to attend our daughter’s wedding in town. Our 2 other daughters and their families stayed with us, as well as my husband’s brother and his wife. So a total of 9 adults and 3 children. The house is so spacious! We had plenty of room to enjoy the home and plenty of sleeping accommodations as well. We hope to return again soon! Love the place!

Experiencia fantástica: We've been partnering with Maine Street Property Management for a couple of years now, and I must say, they're doing an outstanding job. As a detail-oriented Real Estate Agent in SF, I'm quite selective about property management. After interviewing several companies in Southern Maine, we chose to work with Skye and her team at Maine Street. They've been diligent in getting us set up smoothly from the beginning, demonstrating genuine care in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable property management services.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great stay in Ogunquit. The house was perfect. Great communication. We are already planning the next trip!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been using Maine Street Property Management for the past 5 years for our summer/off season rental home. We are so thankful to Skye and her crew for their commitment to making the best experience for renters and owners as well. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and friendly. MSPM are quick to deal with any issues, and are constantly assisting with updates, improvements, and general maintenance. We appreciate everything they’ve done for us, it almost feels as if family member is taking care of our home. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Maine Street Property Management came highly recommended for a reason. They are alway quick to respond and very helpful. They are always recommending options for us to earn more income and keeping us updated with new requests. I have several rentals in the US and this company is one of the better I have worked with.

Experiencia fantástica: l could not be happier with my experience with Maine Street! Thoughtful and considerate service!!

Experiencia fantástica: An outstanding company. Very professional, thorough, and responsive.

Experiencia fantástica: Very easy to work with respond appropriately and dedicated to individuals having a positive and pleasant experience in the beautiful Wells environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Erik has been absolutely brilliant, from the moment we contacted him to come to view our house, through the adventure of meeting prospective tenants, to securing an agreement. He is sensitive, knowledgeable and professional: exactly the person we needed to manage our rental while we live overseas.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t have higher praise for the team at Maine Street Property Management. No matter the question or need, it is addressed immediately and satisfactorily. The entire team is exceptionally professional and responsive. Working with MSPM has been a true partnership. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This home gave us the perfect backdrop to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary with all the kids and grandkids - 15 people had a blast! We hope to be able to come back to this historic site again to enjoy another season!

Experiencia fantástica: What an amazing experience. Our host Kim was so attentive to our many needs, helpful with all our questions, and responded back promptly. I will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great week in the house. It was a handy base of operations as we explored around Maine, whale watching, etc. We used the kitchen for many meals and everything worked well.

Experiencia fantástica: A wonderful house we love it!!

Experiencia fantástica: As a tenant, I have had a flawless experience. The whole team is super responsive and just incredibly kind. They use a very easy portal system to pay rent and share communications. Anytime an issue came up, they were professional and unflappable. It was a total joy to work with Em and everyone at Maine Street Properties.

Experiencia fantástica: My family just got back from a week renting their Fletcher St. Kennebunk house. Skye and her entire team were so responsive via email and text through both the rental process and during our stay. The house was easy to check in with a key pad at the door. It was clean and cool when we walked in. A basket of goodies and a hand written card was also left to welcome us. The house had everything we needed and was a short walk from a little downtown area with coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The room in the back with the ping pong table was such a fun addition and our family enjoyed playing games every evening. We also appreciated that we could bring our yellow lab Ellie along to stay with us at this house. They even had bowls for her which was a sweet thoughtful gesture. The backyard was completely fenced in too which made it so relaxing when we were out back. I'd definitely rent again with Maine Street Property Management!

Experiencia fantástica: MSPM found us a great tenant for our apartment, again. Skye and Chloe were great to work with - professional, friendly, patient and had great communication with us throughout the process. Being fairly new landlords, we also needed some advice in the past year and Skye was amazing about helping us. Highly recommended and will use again in the future when it's time to find a new tenant!

Experiencia fantástica: It is wonderful working with Skye and her team. From the get-go, Skye went above and beyond to ensure my move-in was smooth. Post move-in, I reached out with questions, and Skye responded in a timely manner, clearly communicating with me the whole way. I was so pleased with her service on the "resident" side of the business that I asked her to assist me on the "owner" side after acquiring a property of my own. Skye is resourceful and just a pure joy to work with. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all they have done to help me.

Experiencia fantástica: The service provided is worth more than money can buy.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful home, and one of the most centrally located in all of Ogunquit. Slept 8 adults and a baby with space and hot water to spare. 10 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the cove. Equipped with laundry, a stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and a sweet front yard for hanging out. Maine Street Property Management could not have been more accommodating. If you have the numbers and need a great spot to rest in “the beautiful place by the sea” you need look no further. Outstanding all around.

Experiencia fantástica: Finding Maine Street Property Management made all the difference for us as we began the challenging process of getting our parents' house ready to sell. Skye and Joe thoughtfully advised us on the improvements and fixes we needed to make to be ready to list the house. They were comprehensive and proactive. And they jumped right in. Either they did the repairs themselves or found just the right contractor to do the bigger jobs in a timely way. Skye and Joe are multi-talented and do excellent work. They attended to all the details of painting, repairs, etc with high quality work, creative solutions and the attention to detail that an old house needs. You can count on them to go way beyond the minimum. And Skye and Joe are wonderful to work with too. They truly care. They made a process that felt a bit overwhelming at the beginning feel very manageable each step along the way. Skye soon listed the house and we now have it under contract. Success! We highly recommend Maine Street Property Management for their full range of excellent services. Our whole family is grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: I have traveled to many parts of USA and abroad. Lived in many apartments, house that I have always rented or leased, and by far leasing from Sky and Joe are the best owners I have rented/leased from. Absolutely no issues with owners. Whenever the house I lease needs attention, Joe and Sky are there immediately to correct issues (very few). Not only are Joe and Sky my "landlords", I consider them as friends!

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely have a problem with my beautiful rental from Maine Street Property Management, but when something does come up Skye and Joe are here within the day to fix it! They truly care about their properties and pay close attention to detail. I’ve only had a positive experience renting from them!
