The management company kept open communication from start to finish. Every need was met, including a last minute request for more blow dryers. The house was clean and in fantastic shape.

Experiencia fantástica: This home is exquisite. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute drive to downtown Kennebunk and designed for families and friends to gather in beauty and comfort. We loved the pinball machine and the cozy areas to relax. The hosts were simply lovely, leaving a welcome basket of goodies and making sure we had all the information and amenities we needed. There is a pool, a hot tub and a lovely additional space above the garage with a separate entrance and privacy from the main house. I cannot wait to return.

KPort worked so hard to help us achieve this, even when the house we rented had some mechanical issues. They were communicative, problem solved, and worked (very!) late on a Saturday night/Sunday morning to help us have a weekend we won’t soon forget! We would rent again, for sure!

The house is even more incredible in person—the views are breathtaking, the home is beautifully done, and having the beach literally right outside the back door was hard to beat. Waking up to the ocean every morning, having coffee while listening to the waves, spending our days on the beach with the kids, and relaxing together in the evenings made for such a memorable week. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having great spaces for us all to be together as a family. The location in Biddeford Pool is perfect. It has that peaceful, classic Maine beach feel that we love, and the views from both sides of the house are incredible. We especially loved being able to walk right down the steps and onto the beach—it made beach days with the family so easy. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this home special. This was truly one of those vacations we didn't want to end. We made so many great family memories here and were already talking about coming back before we even left. Experiencia positiva: Review of 19 Prescott At first glance, 19 Prescott looks wonderful on paper. We were a family of seven adults and one one-year-old child staying from July 3–11, 2026. One of the biggest selling points for us was the attached apartment, which gave my daughter, her husband, and their baby a private, quiet space. That arrangement worked out very well. Unfortunately, our stay had several disappointments. On our first night, the power went out during one of the hottest evenings of the summer. The house has a generator, but it never activated. We also had no idea whether there were flashlights or emergency supplies in the home, leaving us in complete darkness. My 8-year-old grandson was especially frightened. Thankfully, the power was restored within an hour. I called Kport Concierge, and they were excellent—they immediately sent a handyman with a lantern and a powerful flashlight, although the electricity had already returned by the time he arrived. He came back the next day to inspect the electrical system and confirmed everything appeared to be functioning properly. The walk to Goose Rocks Beach is about 10 minutes. While manageable, it became much less enjoyable when carrying chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, and other beach gear each day. There is a wagon but it's shelf life is limited! One of our biggest frustrations was that we were never informed about the extensive construction taking place around the property. Road work in the neighborhood generated constant dust and noise from heavy equipment. In addition, a home is being built directly across the street, bringing even more trucks, dirt, and construction activity. Since Prescott is an unpaved road, every passing UPS truck or construction vehicle created large clouds of dust and sand. Anyone with allergies or asthma would likely find this particularly troublesome. For the rental rate, the home itself could benefit from some updates and greater attention to detail. The lighting throughout the house, particularly in the bedrooms, is inadequate. There is no central air conditioning, and the window air conditioners struggled to cool the bunk room, second-floor sitting area and the bedroom in the apartment. The kitchen was another disappointment. There was an inadequate supply of cookware, the pots and pans were old and worn, serving bowls were limited, and there were not enough lobster tools for a Maine vacation rental. Storage for dry pantry items was also lacking because most cabinets were filled with dishes, while glassware occupied open shelving. We also chose not to use the cookie sheets because they were heavily coated with baked-on grease. The backyard was largely unusable because of mosquitoes. The picnic table is weathered and rough enough to cause splinters. During our stay, a lawn care company arrived to spray the yard, meaning our one-year-old granddaughter couldn't safely play outside afterward. One small note: the house handbook states there is a charcoal grill, but the grill is actually gas. The owner does provide beach umbrellas and some beach games, which we appreciated. However, several of the beach chairs were broken and should be replaced. Overall, 19 Prescott has a great layout and the attached apartment was a wonderful feature for our family. However, given the premium rental price, I believe the owner should either invest in meaningful improvements and better maintenance or reconsider the rental rate. Better communication about nearby construction would also have allowed guests to make a more informed decision before booking (or even before the final payment was due).

KPT Concierge was super communicative and lovely to work with both prior to and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage bungalow in Arundel! The location was great, and the on-site facilities were very good.The house was clean and comfortable. It features a nice, modern living area, comfortable bedrooms, and good bathrooms. We especially loved the outdoor spaces—the table out the back was perfect for having a bite to eat, and the chairs on the front porch were the ideal spot to sit and unwind as the sun went down.The hosts were responsive and helpful. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again should we return to the area!

The only problem was the stovetop, if we used more than one burner it would blow a breaker that needed to be reset in the basement. The breaker looks older than me. Cooking 10 lobster was a bit of a challenge. All in all a very nice stay

Experiencia positiva: Well located and clean but dated interior and some of the kitchen equipment (i.e. measuring spoons) need to be replaced. The house also has a funny smell which either was from cleaning supplies used or just musty. On the positive side, the bath towels were new and very nice. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and could walk to town in about 20 minutes. The master bedroom is upstairs and very large although the downstairs bedroom with the double bed (or maybe queen sized) was very small. The other downstairs bedroom in the main house is large enough and has two twin sized beds. We did not use the outside cabin house with two head to head single beds.

Experiencia fantástica: 40 Mile Stretch was everything the pictures made it seem. Tranquil, luxurious and the perfect beach escape for our multigenerational family vacation. There were so many nooks both inside and out to gather or hide away with a good book and sound of the ocean.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a fantastic home in a wonderful location. Being one row back from the beach makes this home quiet and private yet a short jump to the shore. The covered front porch has a shade and lovely and the second floor deck is great for laying out, playing games and soaking in the ocean view. The home is extremely comfortable and well provisioned. Experiencia fantástica: We stayed in Cape Porpoise for the first time, loved the area and our rental on Langsford Road. The house was perfect for our family of five. So well appointed in the kitchen, baths and entertainment. The views of the water from the deck were stunning and we loved sitting down in the yard catching the breeze. We were a minutes walk from the Lobster pier at the end of the street which we took advantage of several times. The Kitchen Shop with wine, sandwiches, pastries and coffee in the morning. Location is absolutely perfect, very close to great restaurants, Lobster Pound’s, grocery store, Cape porpoise with its lighthouse in Chowder house, as well as docks. Just a couple of miles from the Square in Kennebunkport tons of shopping. We have been coming to the Kennebunkport area every year for around 15 years. We will definitely stay in this house every year that we can!!! Lovely photo book on the coffee table, left by the owner explaining the lineage of the property. This was a wonderful, personal touch. Update. We have now added another two years visits to this wonderful place. No better place to stay and no better town to visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family loved every minute of our stay at Salty Breeze! We have visited Goose Rocks Beach many times before but hadn’t been back as an extended family in many years, and never in the fall. We were 4 adults and two kids celebrating a milestone birthday! The house was perfect for us with very comfortable beds, and plenty of room to spread out. The kids (8 and 11) loved the bunk room and the bean bag chairs. We’ve stayed in many rental houses over the years and this one had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was perfect! The location can’t be beat. It’s far enough away from the beach that it’s nice and quiet, with the marsh land behind the house and a great yard, it was nice to hang out in the backyard as well. The walk to the beach was maybe 7 or 8 minutes and the bike ride was 3, so it was very convenient! We enjoyed several hikes, walks on the beach, dinner at Tides, exploring Kennebunkport, several lobster rolls for lunch and just spending time together at the house. The communication from the host was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit!

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I booked the Coastal Loft on Linden for our wedding weekend in Kbpt over a year ago. We were looking for a place close to the beach that could serve as a home base and a getting-ready location, which we communicated when making the reservation. When we arrived on Wednesday, we were immediately hit with a strong garbage smell as we walked inside. Over the course of our stay, the odor worsened. There were two trash cans outside the window, but based on the smell, I assume trash was being stored in the garage below. When my brother-in-law came over, he immediately said, “this place REAKS of garbage!” I wish I could say the trash smell was the biggest disappointment of our stay, but it gets worse. On Wednesday evening, after returning from dinner, we were looking forward to climbing into bed and relaxing, but unfortunately, the mattress felt more like a box spring. My husband ended up sleeping on the love seat because the bed was unbearable. I think sleeping on a frozen sack of potatoes would have been more comfortable. The worst experience of the weekend happened on Friday at 5pm, just as we were leaving for the welcome party. The rental company frantically contacted me, asking how many cars we had on site. Moments later, a guest from next door approached and asked my husband to move our cars, claiming they were told they could park four cars there. When we explained that both our vehicles and a member of our wedding party’s vehicle were on the property, they then asked us to immediately vacate our cars because the guests at the neighboring property had nowhere to park. This was untrue since there is on-street parking directly in front of both properties, as mentioned in the listing and the Airbnb binder. When we returned from the welcome party on Friday evening, the neighbors had filled the driveway with seven cars and blocked in my husband’s truck. A part of the weekend that truly threw us off and caused planning issues involved the pet policy. The listing states pets are allowed, but we were then told last minute that pets are only permitted with a $250 pet deposit. We had originally planned to have our 20-pound dog join us for one night but had to change those plans. The only part of the apartment worth the price was the shower/tub, which possibly would have been more comfortable to sleep in than the bed. The rest of the bathroom is nothing special, and to make things worse, there’s only one mirror in the entire apartment, despite having a large walk-in closet. Overall, our Airbnb experience was by far the worst part of the entire weekend. We paid $350 a night to feel like second-class citizens compared to the neighboring guests, all while feeling uncomfortable everywhere. I can’t help but think we would have had a better experience at the Hampton Inn near I-95.

The location is perfect and not to far from downtown. I would highly recommend using this coming and staying at this house!

The neighborhood was wonderfully peaceful and quiet, which made for such a relaxing stay. We felt tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet everything was still so accessible. Downtown Kennebunkport was just a short drive (or an easy bike ride) away, and we even enjoyed walking to a nearby local lobster restaurant—authentic, casual, and absolutely delicious. There’s also the cute little grocery store just around the corner, perfect for picking up snacks or breakfast essentials. This place really struck the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and that charming New England coastal vibe. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and are already dreaming about our next visit!

Found them to be inflexible on many fronts. When I left a two star review they stated a week later “we think someone smoked on one of the homes” and slapped a 1000 fee on us. There are plenty of great properties to rent in Kennebunkport- I would avoid this company at all costs - very disappointing!

Only issue was "mid-stay cleaning". it was scheduled without consulting our schedule; msg said we'd ordered it, but we didn't. Would have been glad to have it with more notice . We were notified one morning that cleaners would arrive later that morning; we had scheduled friends coming for lunch so could not vacate. It was not really mid-stay but closer to departure date, so we cancelled. Also on the subject of cleaning: We've rented many houses over the years, and this is the only one that requires us to, prior to departure, wipe down kitchen surfaces, leave dishes clean and put away, take out final trash, etc. That should be part of the concierge service included in rental fees. However, we greatly appreciated the outstanding service we got in all other matters.

Experiencia fantástica: A Truly Magical Coastal Escape This was hands-down our favorite Airbnb stay in recent years. From the moment we arrived, everything about the home and its setting exceeded expectations. The location is absolutely idyllic — tucked between the charming Maine towns of Ogunquit and York, yet offering complete privacy and serenity. The home itself is cozy, pristine, and surprisingly spacious. Though it was just my husband and me this time, it's clearly well-equipped for a family stay, and we’re already planning to return with loved ones. Every detail is thoughtfully considered — from the fully stocked, spotless kitchen to the comfortable work/study area with jaw-dropping ocean views. Speaking of views, they’re stunning from just about every window. But nothing beats sipping coffee at sunrise from the bench on the rocky shore, listening to the waves roll in — pure magic. The short path to the private shoreline was one of our favorite features, along with the peaceful sound of the ocean that felt ever-present throughout our stay. There are two porches — one facing the ocean, perfect for relaxing any time of day, and a second screened garden porch that’s ideal for evening gatherings, especially if the weather turns. It’s rare to find a place that feels so remote and peaceful, yet is just a short jog to all the attractions, restaurants, and charm of two classic Maine coastal towns. We truly felt at home here. It was incredibly hard to leave, and we can’t wait to return.

Experiencia negativa: Services by Kport Concierge were worse than disappointing. We used them for renting our home and it was a terrible experience. I had the three bedrooms set up with beds made, pillows, decorative pillows, quality linens, ready for the renter. Without telling us, Kport Concierge removed all of our linens from the beds, stuffed them in black bags and removed them from our home to a place unknown. Then the renters they had put in our home for the winter left 3 months early, so instead of making our beds and returning our home to how it was before, Kport Concierge threw the 15 to 20 big trash bags containing our sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, and other linens inside the house in the den. The other problem is that they took a high percentage of the rental income and then nickeled and dimed us for everything they did like a walk through, cleaning when we had already had the house cleaned with our cleaners. I wondered what services were actually included in the large percentage of the rent which they kept. They found very few renters for us, and then actually had rented our house for two different weeks but then moved those people to a different house. Very vindictive. And they were very insulting, when we questioned their withholdings from our rent. I certainly would not recommend using them. It was a very disturbing and frustrating experience.

We were also delighted by the concierge service, which added a touch of luxury and convenience to our stay. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and serene. We were able to walk to Kennebunkport to enjoy all its shopping and dining and take day trips to many other places in Maine that we wanted to see. And the cottage…beautiful design and décor, so clean and comfortable and plenty of space for our family. KPort Concierge was great to work with and made everything so easy. Their communications were clear and provided peace of mind that they were ready and available for anything we needed. KPC went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We couldn’t ask for more. They had to spend so much time and effort ahead of time to make this house as accommodating as it is. The guides have been so well thought through. Joy Holmes and Samantha made sure that we had all of our infant and newborn equipment prepared at the house and in the correct room. They were available at a text whenever I had a questions about where something was in the house and they were very prepared for all situations. The large kitchen & dining area was well appointed and made meals easy for us. Kayaking & paddle boarding right from the backyard was a treat. The game room was perfect for a rainy Saturday. Our expectations were pleasantly exceeded.
