Matt has been able to navigate some sensitive issues with tenants. Our 4 units are never empty for more than a month. Repairs - they handle (unless we say otherwise). Rent collection - they handle. Paperwork - they handle. Background and credit checks - they handle. Marketing - they handle. Our payments consistently arrive by 10th of the month. Questions about taxes, insurance, landscaping, remodel options, touchy tenant issues - they are open to bouncing around all ideas with owners. We have been "landlording" for over 10 years and Salsberry Property Management has been all around excellent with our Tarrant County properties. Makes investments properties very doable for the average person. Tenants are satisfied as well with their homes and easy to work with management group.

However, he really anchored his spot as our property manager when he revealed the tools he uses to stay efficient and cost effective. He uses next level software, streamlining our payment process. Our property is governed by an HOA so anytime we hear of site changes, etc. we just shoot him a quick text and he apprises our tenant. Experiencia negativa: We lived in Decatur in some duplexes this company owns I have pictures from the day we moved in. Parker Heineman was the manager. We had a 800.00 deposit and when we left we deep cleaned to perfection. Fixed all walls that we had things hanging on. They charged us 400.00 of our deposit on items that were damaged and documented prior to move in date. The maintenance man warned us that they would do this. I have never once had a deposit deduction and I have rented at 4 different places. Do not rent here or atleast if you do don’t expect your full deposit.
