Experiencia fantástica: My first meeting with Mr. Rhodes was reassuring and filled with confidence in his ability to develop a plan to sell my property. We spoke about all factors related to selling the property through his expert questioning and observation skills. After this conversation, he was able to present his plan and then quickly dove in to implement the plan and placed the property for sale. Throughout the process, I was made to feel as if I were his only client by answering my texts, emails, and phone calls when they came his way. Each question posed was met with knowledge which represented years of experience in his chosen field. Mr. Rhodes invited a photographer to take pictures, made signs and placed them in my home to point out the positive attributes of the space to potential buyers. He created a video and placed it on You Tube that was connected to a QR Code placed in my home as well. I feel that each of these strategies, when implemented so expertly, contributed to the sale of the property. Once an offer was presented, he worked behind the scenes to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. His problem solving skills were placed into high gear as he worked to help the buyer get the information necessary to allow them to make an informed decision about the home purchase. Again, he assisted me throughout the process by providing sound advice and assistance when necessary. One of his many great attributes was his ability to communicate frequently. I felt as if I always knew what was currently happening along with what to look forward to in the next step of the process. He consistently worked to be prepared for the next steps to prevent any sort of delay in the process. He was always prepared. Although I have worked with other realtors in the past, none have exhibited the compassion and determination seen in Mr. Rhodes. He has assembled a well functioning team from the photographer all the way through to the title company, taking care of all details. The house was sold within three days of listing for the full cash price. I wanted Kevin as my realtor because he had done such a good job selling a house for my husband and myself about eleven years ago in Grapevine. That house was sold after a few days of listing for almost the asking price. I benefited from the advice he gave me on deciding the asking price of each house. Experiencia fantástica: When my husband and I finally made the leap to sell our home that we had lived in and in which we had reared out three children we knew exactly who to call. We had not made a major move for over 40 years and the thought of leaving that house was overwhelming. The task of choosing a realtor, however, was not. Kevin had helped sell our daughter’s home in Hurst over 10 years ago and she had a great experience with him and his team. We contacted Kevin in October, and our house was listed and on the market in a few short weeks. Kevin explained the challenges and potential benefits of listing a home at that time, prior to the upcoming holidays, not to mention the precarious home market in the current economic climate. Kevin and his team were amazing throughout our entire home selling process. They promptly answered our calls, texts, and e-mails, and kept us informed about every development. Odd – now that I think about it, we never doubted any recommendations he made during the entire process. Experiencia fantástica: It seems most reviews here are focused on Kevin. I didn't deal with Kevin, but rather Kristin Egli as she is a buyer's agent in the group. I was a first time home buyer and needed guidance. I started my search for a realtor back in November 2021 and just used Dave Ramsey's ELP program. It spit out three names. Kristen and one of the other names contacted me. The third didn't bother, so I didn't bother with them either. I got a reference for a fourth realtor that goes to my church so I contacted them as well to have three to choose from. Kristen was on it from the get go. She was quick to setup a time to talk through things with me in person at a coffee shop, explain how it all works and listen to what I wanted in my house. The other two were unwilling to meet in person and would only do an over the phone conversation for the initial conversation. That lost points with me for them. What further lost points was that the other two were teams of realtors so I could end up with a different person showing me houses every day. Kristen works on her own. I only dealt with her. She was the one I communicated with and she showed me every house I looked at. It wasn't passed off. That's down to preference on my part, but I wanted someone who knew who I was already and what I was looking for in a house, and you don't get that with the team model. I chose a company that she recommended for my mortgage company and they were awesome as well. I think it was better to choose a company your realtor has a relationship with as it makes the process smoother. She was willing to take me to look at houses I probably wouldn't buy so that I could decide what I was willing to live with as far as age and issues since my budget wasn't huge and the house prices were already pretty high. We looked at eight houses in the span of three days, and by the end of day three I had gotten accepted for the second house I had put an offer on. It was at this point I learned of the terribleness of title companies. Literally the only issues I had buying my first house had everything to do with the title company. Through the whole process Kristen was on the ball trying to call and email these people and tell them to get moving. I wanted to close a week early before Christmas, but wasn't able to. They had all the documents before Christmas so there wasn't any reason I couldn't have closed on that following Monday, but they drug their feet. I did get to sign at the end of the day Monday, but it didn't actually close until Wednesday. Kristen and the mortgage company were great through all of it. She was willing to explain the process and didn't make me feel dumb. She made it go very smoothly. I highly recommend Kristen as your buyer's agent.

But the main reason you should work with Kevin is his ability to guide and advise throughout the transaction.
