We called her office on a Monday looking for a realtor, were at our first showing with her as early as Monday afternoon, she found a much better house for us (that we hadn't found online ourselves) to go see on Thursday and we were under contract with the better house on Friday. Her advice prior to listing was spot on, as was her market research. No sale is without obstacles, and selling by long distance can be especially difficult. Each time we faced another obstacle, Laurie came through. She had the resources and connections to deal with each problem—and we faced several. Frankly, it was the easiest sale we’ve ever experienced. Our only regret is that, having left the area, we can’t use Laurie’s outstanding services again.
