Leslie Pankey, Broker, Five Star Realty

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie Pankey is the best realtor in Carbondale! We got her contact from someone who found their home through her a couple of years ago, and we were so glad we did. The first thing we liked about Leslie is her quick response time, her persistence, and her honesty. She got right on the phone with us to discuss our needs and available inventory. She consistently kept us up to date with new listings and was easily reached by text or phone. Being first time home buyers, we appreciated her constant support, thorough knowledge of the area, and the process of buying a home in Illinois. Leslie even found us a very competent and honest mortgage banker, and we are forever grateful for that help. Because of Leslie's clear guidance and dedication, we found a perfect home that met all of our criteria. The process from there was smooth and easy. As a final touch, she even bought us a Ring doorbell setup as a welcome home gift! She supported us from beginning to end, and also helped us to settle in to the area by providing local contacts and information about utilities, water, and other services. We love our new home and can't recommend Leslie enough. She's five-stars in every way!

I explain to Leslie what was important to me and she found the perfect house. As a matter fact, I trusted her so much I never saw the house in person. We only did a video walk-through, and I saw pictures. When I arrived, she did not disappoint me. the house is perfect. I totally recommend her for your real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie is an excellent realtor. She took the time to listen to our specific requirements and look for the home that met our needs. We conducted the purchase from out of state so it could have been much more difficult for use if it had not been for Leslies help in all aspects of the purchase. Leslie followed up with the sale by providing contacts to get all the little thing done that are so important in moving in. Thanks Leslie, I wish you covered every area we've purchased in, all home sales should be this easy.

Experiencia fantástica: We feel so lucky to have found Leslie as our realtor! My husband and I moved across the country for a new work opportunity and knew NOTHING about the area, the local housing market, or, frankly, what we were doing when it came to finding a home. We had a three-day window to find a house, and Leslie made it happen. She took time to understand what we were looking for and efficiently scheduled our limited time. Now that we have been settled for about six months, we are very happy. We love our neighborhood and our house, and we couldn't have done this on our own. Leslie helped us through every step of the complex process, responded quickly to all of our questions, and helped make what could have been a stressful experience, an enjoyable one. We put our complete trust in her and we are glad we did.

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie patiently showed me many homes for several years (!), and I never once felt pressured into making any decisions. When I did find the right home, Leslie had the difficult task of representing both buyer and seller. She did so with complete integrity, honesty, and fairness. She is straightforward, helpful, responsive, and ethical. I would highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was attentive to our wants and needs for a home. My husband and I had never bought a house before and she didn't give up until we found our perfect home. She is knowledgeable, engaged and accountable. She helped us throughout the entirety of the process from prep-work all the way to handing us the key to our new home. If you want a smooth and pleasant experience when buying and or selling your next home, go no further, Leslie is the right person for you.

Experiencia fantástica: We didn’t know a realtor in the Carbondale area. I read reviews and Leslie’s were great. We were moving from Clearwater, Fl to this area, not knowing anyone and only visiting the area once was going to be a task for any realtor. I spoke with Leslie and she immediately started sending us houses to review. We found a home in Cobden, it was only on the market for 2 days and we decided to make an offer site unseen. Leslie did a excellent, thorough FaceTime video tour. She did an amazing job for us, always had our back and her expertise and solid suggestions and quick response to calls, texts, etc helped made our dream come true. We highly recommend Leslie without any reservations whatsoever! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. Thank you, Kathy & Roberto Coccia

Experiencia fantástica: Our house in Carbondale had been on the market for almost a year when we began to work with Leslie Pankey. Not only did she quickly find us a buyer, she worked tirelessly and efficiently to facilitate the sale. Leslie is an excellent communicator and was always available to answer our questions. She also goes above and beyond: dealing with teething troubles like finding a handyman and communicating with various builders, inspectors and service people. We especially appreciated this since we had moved away from the area and couldn't deal with these issues ourselves.

Experiencia fantástica: Bought my first home and really knew little about the process (if anything), and Leslie made it such a clear and smooth path right through it. Went above and beyond. She immediately felt like a friend. Great, great experience. And got us a great deal to boot! I would and will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a house. :)

Extremely knowledgeable of the house, surrounding areas, shopping, craft people in the area. Directed us to a mortgage lender, electrician, plumber, lock smith, inspection service, and all that we requested. A pleasant, personable gentlelady. The best real estate person that I have worked with in the last 40 years.

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie is a great realtor who knows the region very well! We had the pleasure of working with her twice: she was the seller's agent when we bought our home and was our agent when we sold the home 12 years later! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent!

I am new to the area & she has gone above & beyond to help me in my search for a new home and always shared her vast knowledge on a array of vital information needed when purchasing a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie Pankey is by far one of the best realtors I have done business with. She is very well knowledgeable and is very helpful through out the whole process. A major bonus about her is that she does more than just sell you a house, she makes it her personal goal to make sure you find the best house for you. Also she will give you recommendation on the house it's self and the people to do the rest of the process ( bank, inspector, carpenter, plumber, ect.) If you need it she will most likely know who is the best to use. I absolutely loved working with her and look forward to doing more business with her.

We bought one house and sold another through her and we have recommended her to friends. It's a pleasure to work with her and you know you're in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie is a consummate professional and she made the home buying/selling process very enjoyable for us. We bought our first home in southern Illinois with her, and she was exceedingly patient and helpful. When the time came to look for something a little bigger, she was there to help again in a million different ways. She is the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: Not only is Leslie Pankey the best realtor around, she is also one of the best people around. We have worked with Leslie on all 3 of our house sales/purchases since we have been in southern Illinois and in each case we have been so thankful for her expertise and support. Many realtors are giant windbags who like to talk nonsense and blow smoke in an attempt to sell properties, but not Leslie - she keeps it real. She had our trust from day one and she is the consummate professional. Beyond that, she is a pillar in the community - I am proud to call her a friend. Go with Leslie Pankey - you won't regret it. She is the BEST.

Experiencia fantástica: Leslie is my favorite Realtor in Southern IL. I am extremely hard on realtors and expect a lot out of them and Leslie has never disappointed. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
