Paul Swack - Realtor

Experiencia fantástica: Paul and his team of professionals are the best at their business. They are excellent communicators, very timely, always courteous, respectful, dependable, thorough, on top of every situation and work together like a well-oiled machine to deliver as promised and on time. I highly recommend Elite Realty Team to manage your real estate transaction.

Experiencia fantástica: Paul is our family consigliere. He has been a trusted advisor for all of our most important deals, everything from buying rental real estate to selling a home to navigating highly complex multimillion-dollar small business acquisitions. We won't do any of it unless Paul is in the room. And, most importantly, he always points out the downside to every deal, often arguing that we should not move forward, even when it's against his own interests. For the next deal, we won't hesitate to say the same thing we always say: "Call Paul."

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I worked with Paul on the search for and ultimately purchase of our dream home in Pismo Beach. Paul spent the better part of six weeks with us over a 6 month period of time. He was amazing and his entire team (we are talking about you here Meghan and Erin) were incredibly professional and made the entire search an enjoyable experience. We found that Paul has a very deep understanding of the cities / lifestyles and markets countywide. Paul is focused and helped us to reach appropriate decisions throughout the entire process. We also want to say we had such fun learning about the area from he and Meghan. We highly recommend Paul and his team at Elite Real Estate should you be in the market for a new home.

Experiencia fantástica: Very talented broker. Love working w Paul Swack on the central coast.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are selling a home, and want top dollar, you owe it to yourself to interview Paul Swack before you hire an agent. We interviewed other agents who had sold homes in our neighborhood and felt they were undervaluing our home. Then we interviewed Paul, and it was a game changer. Paul is a good listener, he understands the market and he felt our home was worth significantly more. It was apparent to us in the interview that this was a hard-working professional who would go above and beyond to get our house sold. Paul and his team did not disappoint. He rapidly brought us qualified buyers, and we ultimately sold for full asking price. Throughout the entire process, we felt like Paul was our partner who always put our interests first. We found him to be a man of integrity and a great negotiator. We would give him 10 stars if we could.

Experiencia fantástica: After my mother‘s passing, I sold my childhood home. Since I moved away from San Luis Obispo many years ago, I didn’t know any realtors. I picked Paul because he had a familiar last name, and it turns out that he was the nephew of a friend of mine, not only did he do a great job helping me prep and sell the home. He also got me in contact with a probate lawyer, who was also a family member of someone I knew. Paul worked very hard and did a great job. . I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell a home on the central coast. He is local, honest, easy to deal with and very knowledge.
