Along with that its a school night and I have children. 3 of the same exact business card were placed at my home as well. one in my mailbox one on my doorstep and one on my car. Then to my surprise wow the office IS CLOSED ON Sunday... Thanks for the Garbage on my property George Nahas dont leave it again.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a new home, ask for Christina Kalfaian. Words cannot express exactly how much my husband and I loved Christina. She is undoubtedly the BEST realtor that we have ever worked with and she actually sold our house within a matter of hours! I loved how Christina will make sure you are in a good home and will point out things that are very good or bad in a home. She will never let you move into a bad home or go without a home. Christina will even point out good things and bad things she sees in houses. If you need any interior decorating advice Christina is great with that too. Before Christina, I could never describe a realtor as trustworthy, but Christina definitely is. I would trust Christina with literally anything. She got us into a beautiful house that's perfect to build our family. I will never recommend anyone other than Christina to anyone that is looking for a new home. You can tell that he actually cares about her clients and loves what she does. This girl is a realtor because a badass miracle worker isn't an official job title yet. We gained a new house and another person to call our good friend!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I met Maysonya Morrison in 2016 at an Open House for a historic home she listed. We did not have a realtor because ours had retired. We had been at our home for over 23 years. We looked at the home with her numerous times and were about to tell her we would be making an offer. We didn't though because we had a cruise we where about to take and figured it would still be available since it had been on the market for a long time. It went Pending when we where away. So it was not meant to be. We then decided to stop looking and purchase a second home/hunting property up north. My only condition with this purchase was I wanted to first see if May would handle it for us because she had been so incredibly helpful with the historic home and I wanted to at least see if she would like be our agent, even though it was in Gladwin Michigan, 2 hours away. May was more than happy to help with the property we found. She went up with us not only to the first showing but also to the inspection. We had some troubles with the purchase due to the owner being elderly and living in Tennessee. May took care of absolutely every problem that popped up on their end right up to the closing with the utmost professionalism. Within the next 4 years May showed us probably 40 different properties for our primary residence. In the summer of '18' we found a property and made an offer. Unfortunately it did not make it through the inspection due to more than a few major problems. When the inspector came in the house for the eighth or ninth time not being able to locate the septic field, May looked at us and said "You're not buying this house"....LOL. So the search continued. Then this past July I called her to get help and guidance in selling my parents property up north. After going through everything with my parents properties she said "Lesa, I know its the year of Covid and everythings crazy but I just listed something last week that I think is perfect for you and Jim". She showed us the property on July 2. She was right, we fell in love with it. She listed ours and wrote our offer 7 days later. She had an offer on our home the second day she listed it. So... July 2nd we saw our new home....a week later ours was listed and had and offer......we were closed on both and moved into our beautiful new home on September 22nd. It was meant to be. May makes you feel and know that she is your champion. She looks out for what is best for you first. May also has an amazing ability to truly get to know her clients needs and wants. She also makes you feel so comfortable. There is no pressure from her. She has a very calming presence but at the same time when things get stressful you know that everything is going to be okay because she is very strong and will handle it for you. My husband has been an Executive for 30 years and does not give out praise easily and he can't say enough about May. That she is incredibly knowledgeable and is a outstanding professional. As long as May is a practicing agent, we will always have her handle all of our families real-estate needs. She's family now.
