They select responsible tenants, are efficient in keeping me informed of any challenges or needed repairs. Was interested in renting a buisness front, dealing with first rental and no history, annd that was no problem. Experiencia fantástica: We've now rented 2 different properties through Mell Property Management. They have a fantastic team. They are very accommodating upon move in. They handle work orders and repairs quickly, even on holidays and never leave any questions unanswered. They are very fair upon move out and don't keep parts of your deposit unnecessarily. We will rent through them until it's time to buy our forever home.

Experiencia fantástica: Almost two years ago my wife and our three daughters were looking for a new home to rent we were recommended Guardian property management, now Mell Property. The experience we have had working with Jenny has been more than amazing, she was very Professional and personable she made every single step easy. Towards the end of our second year we were hit with a family tragedy that forced us to have to buy a home big enough for all of us, a little faster than planned (my wife grandma was going to be placed on hospice and would be moving in with us) Jenny made every step of our transition so smooth given the circumstances.
