Experiencia fantástica: Every Realtor who owns property needs a realtor to sell his properties. As an agent we incur a huge amount of liability selling our own property therefore we are encouraged to hire a professional to help. I knew this would not be an easy task so I chose a Realtor I felt could handle the sale of our Multifamily home just as well, if not better than I could. Most agents would feel compelled to pick an agent within their own off or on their team. I did not do this. Deep does not work for the same brokerage. I wanted the best regardless of who they work for. My wife and I lost our 96-year-old aunt in October. I was not in the mental space to handle the sale of our home. I could have chosen several agents with more than 20-30 years of experience in the Seattle market but time in the chair doesn’t always translate into the skills needed to get the job done under our current market conditions. Most school real estate sales, from what I’ve experienced, have been driven by listing the price over hard work to get the sellers the most they can out of the largest of their lives. In short, most agents price the home to sell, leaving tens of thousands and in tragic cases, hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table. Deep priced my home well from the start. After acquiring an offer, deep out negotiated the buyer’s agent consistently throughout the transaction. Keep in mind, there is a lot more to negotiate outside of the price and inspection requests. Your agent needs to be ready to fight for your net proceeds until your proceeds hit your bank account and this is exactly what Deep did for my wife and I. He used every angle possible to get the buyers requested, $50,000 deduction off the purchase price, to zero credit by the end of our transaction. I can’t tell you how he did it. Maybe call him for the details. Again, I was not in the best mental mindset to negotiation on my own behalf. “Deep, knows best”, is my new slogan for this incredible Realtor.

He was patient with my aunt and elderly grandmother who were transitioning into an apartment and had a bunch of stuff they needed to get rid of to get the house ready for staging.
