Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional and inconsiderate management company I’ve been in a 80+ degree’s house for the past week that they are currently managing and have not done anything about it they claim everything is fine and now don’t even have the decency in returning my calls I’ve been waiting for 3 days for a reply back and still nothing

Experiencia fantástica: We’re 1 month into our new place and can’t be happier with the care Eneyda and the PMI team provided. Though still early, move in was a breeze and any minor issues encountered were addressed quickly. Eneyda is a superstar, incredibly responsive and helpful. Moving is stressful. So thankful to have a trustworthy team to make it easier.
Experiencia negativa: I had a very negative experience with this property management company. From the very first day, the property was in unacceptable condition: there were cockroaches, accumulated dirt, old and dirty carpet, damaged walls where the TVs were supposed to go, and overall a neglected and unsanitary environment. During our time living there, maintenance service was terrible. When we had a flood, they didn’t show up in time, which led to mold forming in multiple areas. The ceiling was left damaged and never repaired—we had to take care of it ourselves. The air conditioning system broke down several times, and they were never quick to respond. Other maintenance issues were either ignored or delayed for days or even weeks. Communication with the management was very difficult, and at times the treatment was rude and unprofessional. They constantly tried to charge for everything, even for issues that were clearly their responsibility. They also did not provide pest control services, and we had to pay for it ourselves, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the lease agreement. At the end of the lease, we returned the property fully cleaned, painted, and with the carpet professionally cleaned, yet they still charged us excessive and unjustified fees. I will be including photo evidence of everything mentioned above to support my claims. In summary, this company provides poor customer service, is irresponsible with maintenance, and has an overall abusive attitude toward tenants. I absolutely do not recommend them.

While we do not discuss the details of any former resident’s account publicly, we do feel it is important to note that many of the statements made in this review are extremely inaccurate and do not reflect the documented condition of the property or the history of the tenancy.
Security deposit deductions are not made arbitrarily. Any deductions are assessed in accordance with the lease agreement and applicable law, and are based on the condition of the property at move-out. In this case, a portion of the security deposit was retained due to issues related to the condition and upkeep of the home that went beyond normal wear and tear.
We understand that move-out charges can be frustrating, but we stand by our process, our documentation, and our commitment to treating all residents fairly and consistently. We remain committed to professionalism and transparency in all resident matters.

Experiencia fantástica: We've been renting in Clermont, FL for about 6 months now & PMI is our management company for the house we are renting. They did an excellent job in getting our rental application approved quickly! Also after we moved in we saw that they do an excellent job in getting back to us quickly with any maintenance request! We just recently had to get a new fridge because the old one stopped working. They worked as quick as they could with the owner of this house & got us a new fridge delivered within a few days. Great work! Would definitely recommend PMI to rent from or use if you have a house you need managed. Thanks again PMI!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent company!! Dean Mkolic is an exceptional property manager with years of experience in his field. I would recommend this company because of their reliability, communication and professionalism for anyone who needs a proper property management company.
Experiencia fantástica: PMI has been pretty easy to work with and the tenant portal has everything in one place (billing, online payments, repair requests, etc). They have been responsive for the couple of repair issues we’ve had. One was a plumbing issue and the other was an AC stopped working. In both cases they responded quickly and had a technician out the next day and repairs were completed in a reasonable time. Also the communication has been excellent. We typically own our homes and renting is not our favorite thing, but I definitely appreciate their model and making it easy for us.
