Experiencia negativa: Teresa the broker of Valstar decided to charge monthly fee to Realtors on top of the transaction fee, when I asked her to give me some time to see if that would work for me, she replied “we don’t want to continue, you have 48 hrs to change to another broker.” She was unprofessional and rude.

She walked me through what needed to be done. She answered every question I had and helped through the documents line by line as needed. Whenever I had a question she always responded quickly. When I arrived in Florida, Teresa met me at the house and even brought a house warming gift. I was extremely satisfied with Teresa and have told many about her.
