Experiencia negativa: Isabella is not professional, when I first talked to her, she said I need to sign an exclusive agreement with her in the beginning, which means I can only buy the house with her in a certain time period. She said the agreement is to ensure her own interest, but I think this agreement is not ensure my interest. If she does a bad job, then I can not change the agent and will be forced to work with her. Did not understand why she got so many 5 star reviews. I also talked to other top real state agents, none of them require this rediculous agreement.
