One of them was issues with the boiler (not running properly and not efficient) at the beginning of winter and they had someone out right away and put in a whole new boiler. Micki has been the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot speak highly enough about Whitehead Rental Management. Not only are they incredibly kind and caring people, but they are reliable and respond quickly. When I submit a work order, I often get responses within 48 hours. Is there a delay sometimes? Of course! They are working with a lot of properties who also have needs! But I have never had an issue with a work order not getting investigated and being followed up with after the fact. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I was a tenant at one point and any need that I had…… It was taken care of the most timely manner ever, communication great, and you can tell that it’s a lot of love and care in the business. Experiencia negativa: I am a military veteran who paid rent on time for the full 12-month lease term. I also have a legally protected service animal. After disclosing my service animal, the tone and handling of my tenancy changed noticeably. From that point forward, I personally felt that interactions with management became more strained and less professional. During my time as a tenant, I overheard comments in the office that I perceived as racially inappropriate and concerning. Based on my direct experience, I would encourage individuals with disabilities or from minority backgrounds to carefully document all interactions and fully understand their rights before signing a lease. There was also an incident where management was present on the property grounds in a manner that made me feel my privacy may have been compromised. I have retained documentation regarding my concerns. At move-out, my security deposit was withheld and additional charges were assessed that I strongly dispute. While I chose not to pursue litigation due to the time and stress involved, my overall experience was disappointing. Prospective tenants should proceed carefully and ensure everything is documented.

I gave her a call and within two weeks we were moving into our new home! All thanks to Micki and her team!! Whitehead Rental Management has already impressed us more than our former landlord! She's quick to respond and already has the answers to any question you could think of!

Experiencia fantástica: I originally had this two stars but it wasn't because of Whitehead Rental Management(WRM) or the staff(Micki, Crystal) but the owners of the home I rented. WRM once they were aware of the issues demanded the owners response and resolved it. Although I no longer reside in the home I would recommend WRM and Micki for all you and your families rental needs. The are very responsive fair but they cut no corner and shouldn't. We are supposed to be ADULTS. Thank you Micki. Hopefully in the future we will be purchasing from you.

Experiencia fantástica: Just when we thought finding a rental wasn’t happening for us .. My husband drove by to see a “For rent” sign being placed on a house. Immediately he approached the woman to ask for information - from there we submitted our application, viewed 2 houses and within two weeks we were scheduled to move in. We spent 2 1/2 years in our rental through Whitehead RM and never had any issues! Any repairs that needed to be done - they came before 24 hours could even pass to handle it. Any questions or concerns about anything could be answered by all the employees in the office. I have recommended anyone who asks about rentals to Whitehead RM & will continue to do so !

It shouldn't cost you $30, exposure of personal information, and a ping to your credit score just to view a property that you are trying to potentially make your home for up to a year. Unethical.

Experiencia fantástica: I was blown away yesterday by what Austin and this company did for my business and by extension, my family. We live half way across the nation from our rental properties (which are already being managed very well by Whitehead Rental Management). We had an urgent need pop up. Austin was able to come to our rescue and save the day for us. I will spare the details of that particular situation. But, I will say this: It was a request and need that was above and beyond the call of duty, during an exceptionally busy time of the year and month for Austin. He pulled it off for us and kept me informed the entire time. We would have been in a very sticky situation had he not taken the extra time and steps to assist us. It’s that kind of extra care that makes this company EXTRAORDINARY! I’m sure there are many great property management companies out there… But Whitehead Rental Management truly CARES about us personally. It doesn’t get better than that. ❤️

Experiencia positiva: Repairs not fixed. I lived in the rental for 11 months and could not use the windows. I sent numerous emails and texts but nothing was done. Either the screens were missing or the windows would Not stay open. Also sent messages about heating and air conditioner having a dirty sock smell constantly throughout the house but my emails were ignored. Finally the well water smell was Horrific! Was told months after we moved in the well was too deep and nothing could be done. Hard iron Sulfur smell/rotten eggs. Could not drink it and had to shower with it and do our laundry in it. With all this said Micky was Great and easy to work with.

Having worked with other managers in the past, as well as trying to manage my properties myself Micki has made owning rentals as easy and carefree as it can be. I would recommend them to anyone that is frustrated with their property manager, with managing themselves or realizing it’s not as profitable as hoped.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. Just horrible. Everytime I reported a problem with the trailer I was renting, no one would come out to fix anything. I was living in black mold with 3 children. When we moved it is was nasty and we cleaned it up as much as we could. That trailer just needs to be tore down.
