This review is long-overdue. Holly helped me buy a house around 7 years ago. At the time I had just started a new job and money was very tight -- when this house came on the market (an old farmhouse fixer-upper on 2 acres in a beautiful location) I knew it would not last long, and Holly met me to tour the home and helped me put in an offer the day after it was listed. She knew there might be offers higher than mine, and encouraged me to write the seller a note about how I wanted to raise my children on the little farm and start a pottery business. I found out later that the note is the reason the seller accepted my offer. The home also needed major foundation work, and Holly helped me work with the bank to increase the loan and cover the needed repairs. Last year my wife and I separated and we went to Worthington Realty to purchase a second home for my wife. Again, the home we found was a fixer-upper with issues, but Gillian Walsh helped close the sale at the right price, and 30k from the seller for needed repairs. Even a year later Holly and her team are always willing and available to help with issues that have come up on this property. When it comes to finding the right repair-person or contractor to work on the property, Holly and her team are the first people I go to for a recommendation. Lastly, I would say that I’ve never had ‘buyer’s remorse’ working with Worthington Realty. Holly is dialed-in to this small community, and she seems to genuinely care that her customers are happy with their experience. Both homes I purchased were under 200k, but I never felt like I wasn’t a priority. Buying a home can be stressful, but Holly and her team will help you navigate the process smoothly, and take care of you even long after the sale.
