Jessica Melni Realtor with Equity Northwest. Winner of Idaho’s best REALTOR of the year 2025

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica is the literal best agent PERIOD. It seemed every house I liked or wanted to put an offer in on (or did put an offer in on) ended up being a short sale, going through probate, or taken off the market (not her fault, none of that was disclosed to us or her until we put in offers!!!) She talked me off the ledge for sure a few times. I got so discouraged and really didn’t think a single offer would stick… until we viewed the house I actually got to buy! Walking in felt like home. We put in a strong offer (which she is a genius! I wouldn’t have ever thought of it, but she got us a home warranty!!) and it was accepted. The closing process was pure trepidation until those keys were finally in my hand. She was such an anchor for me during this whole process and she worked so hard to help me find my home and help me close the deal. She has nothing but her clients’ best interests in mind, and she will fight for you! She is wonderful at what she does and will work tirelessly to find you your home. L O V E D working with her. If I ever buy or sell in the future, she will be my representation!

Experiencia fantástica: Great communication and made the process easy from her side with all the documentation needed. Easy to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Jessica as a real estate agent. She’s friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable making my home buying experience effortless. I will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of an agent.

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica was an absolute delight to work with! She helped us sell our house and purchase a new one, and the entire process went so smoothly. I really appreciate her positivity and the way she kept in communication the entire time. She was amazing at tracking down any answers we needed both before and after the sale. I highly recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica went above and beyond to get my house sold. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it and made it happen! It was such a positive experience working with her. She is truly one of the best and absolutely understands her clients needs. She was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend giving her a shot! Thank you Jessica!

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica was dedicated and stayed in contact every step of the way. Very flexible and patient while we explored house after house to find a house that 1)met our expectations 2) fit our family size 3) fit our budget 4) fit our timeline We were renting and started the process super early as a just in case… even when the market went stagnant for a few weeks and no new houses had been added, and the ones we had liked but was thinking it over had sold… Jessica pumped us up and kept our chins up. She was very awesome to work with. We were first time buyers. And probably had a little bit of unrealistic expectations… she was bold and respectful enough to have those harder “come to terms” conversations with us and everything balanced out in the end. Dedicated, patient, awesome communication, realistic, professional. Thanks so much for your hard work!

Experiencia fantástica: Jess is AWESOME! She has by far been the most helpful realtor I've dealt with in this area. Not only is she sweet, but she's smart about houses and construction as well! heck, she could build the house by herself, but for real! It's nice when your realtor most likely knows more than you do about how a home is built! It helps you feel confident that she is not just selling junk... go with Jess.... she will steer you straight!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely phenomenal to work with. Jessica was very attentive, funny and knowledgeable during my time working with her. I bought a house with her about a month ago and it may very well have been the best decision of my life. My wife and I enjoyed how personal Jessica was, and how much she very clearly cared about getting us a home and finding something perfect for within our financial range. She answered her phone every single time we called, and she displayed masterful knowledge of the market. Above all else, my favorite part of working with Jessica is that she tells it like it is. She was honest about every little thing, I knew what I was getting into. The house had a couple of flaws (namely that is just a bit older of a home) and she was incredibly forthright with it which I really appreciated in our time working together. If you need a realtor, I can’t recommend her enough.
