To those reading, I contacted Jessica after finding her on Google, when we decided to start looking into moving to Idaho from another state. Our experience with Jessica lasted approximately a year and a half. We were convinced we wanted to move to Twin falls and visited several times. Our drive was approximately 12 hours one way, so each trip took some planning with my family. Jessica made her schedule available each trip we took. On one trip we looked at around 18 houses between a Friday night and Sunday morning. On one occasion she wasn't able to make it due to a previous trip. She arranged for her co-worker (Mom) to meet us at two houses for a viewing. It was very pleasant to meet her mother and we were very thankful she was able to work with our crazy schedule. I forgot to mention our family includes my wife and our 4 kids. Ultimately we did not find what we were looking for in Twin Falls and became very discouraged. Jessica was compassionate and understanding through the whole experience, and maintained a positive attitude through our many questions and concerns. We eventually began looking in another city outside of her area. Jessica referred us to another realtor in that area that she was familiar with. Ultimately we purchased a home on the far west side of Idaho in a small town that seems to fit us perfectly. Jessica thank you for your patience and grace with our journey.
