Experiencia negativa: I am highly displeased with the experience we had dealing with this agent. 2 weeks to sign a form to release our EMD is unacceptable, no matter the circumstances. We live in a digital world and paperwork is instant. When you have transactions under your obligation you see them through.

Experiencia negativa: Walter Pierce acted as the buyer’s realtor when we sold our previous home. Mr. Pierce had the audacity to show up an entire day late to the walk through, which was in the late morning on the actual scheduled closing day. After completing the walk through, he then showed up late to closing, only to falsely accuse us of stealing *our* TVs, which clearly were not included in the contract. Then, he proceeded to attempt to renegotiate the terms of our contract, all while we were literally at closing, insisting for us to "make up for" stealing said TVs, which simply did not happen per the contract terms. The whole experience was preposterous, unprofessional & entirely unethical at best. Our realtor was absolutely beside herself & she's not one to be easily shaken. Walter Pierce sorely lacks professionalism & ethics. He is simply not a kind or respectable human being based on my first-hand personal experience.

The day before my birthday was the date I set in my mind to close as an early gift to myself!
