Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about Tammy and Rick. We lost my dad last year and mom decided she was ready to move into something smaller and cozier after 30 plus years in a big old home in South Amityville We saw a listing for a townhome in The Admiralty in Bay Shore. Tammy was the agent. Mom made an offer Tammy negotiated the price and it was excepted and then Tammy listed mom’s home. Rick immediately took over helping to get us missing c/o’s running all over to get it done! Tammy worked hard hosting open houses and creating a beautiful flyer and online listing with professional pics of moms home. Tammy and Rick made an extremely difficult decision to move as gentle a transition as possible. I cannot say enough about this team! And if that wasn’t enough at closing Tammy gave mom our favorite bottle of Josh wine and a Home goods gift card. #priceless

Experiencia positiva: The Ramsays were listing agents of a house that I bought. They were not the real estate agent that I had used. They were however the only people that had access to the house that I was buying. Multiple times all parties agreed on a confirmed time to view the house. Upon arriving at the house on the multiple times that all parties agreed upon, the Ramsay Realtor team did not show up at all and left us standing outside the house. My real estate agent had to go to the Ramsay headquarters and pick up the key multiple times to let us in and see the house. I will say that there were also times that the owners Rick and Tammy had let us in the house, but were not able to answer many questions about the house when asked

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important communication and a seamless process are during a home purchase. As the listing agents, our primary responsibility is to represent the sellers and ensure the property is well-marketed.
Regarding your experience, we’d like to clarify that this was a vacant home, and your buyer’s agent was always informed that they would need to pick up the key prior to any showings. It was on the showing instructions. There was one particular time when a neighbor who was checking on the house did not bring us the key back. While we apologize for any inconvenience, some of these things were out of our control. The situation with the sale of this particular property was extremely difficult. It’s customary for the buyer’s agent to handle communication regarding the property and ensure all questions are addressed during the transaction.
Additionally, this particular sale involved an estate with a family that had limited information about the home. While we strive to provide as much clarity as possible, some details may not have been readily available.

The Ramsays knew I was looking for the perfect buyer otherwise I had no interest in selling. They brought me the perfect buyer and they negotiated a top price for me. The Ramsays made sure this transaction went very smoothly. Tammy even went out of her way to find me a comfortable rental as we transitioned out of our house. Experiencia fantástica: Now that that the dust has settled, (Literally), I have time to write this review. Eric Ramsay Jr. represented my wife and I in buying our first home earlier this year. We quickly learned how stressful and competative the process of buying a home can be in this current market. Eric was awesome every step of the way! Every morning I would wake up multiple listings he would send me, which shows his dedication and attention to our individual needs. This is what distinguishes family owned businesses from corporate. And when we finally found our match, his guidance was extremely helpful. Thanks again Eric!

He always answered our phone calls and was very accessible.Mattew answered all our questions and when didn't have an answer he got back to us immediately. Experiencia negativa: Con artists at best. They like to sell houses with a lot of problems which they mask or advise thier clients to hide. If you want to sell a broken down home these are your guys. If you want to get ripped off on a house these are your guys as well. Take the positive comments with a grain of salt
I am sorry, but we don’t recognize you as a client in our database. However, our records indicate that you are the neighbor of a house we listed and sold across the street from you. It was our understanding that you were a relative of our seller and you were looking to purchase the home for yourself. I am sorry that you are upset that you did not get the house; our clients got the total price for their home, and our buyers are extremely happy and have no issues with the home. The buyers did have an engineer go through the house before they purchased it, so there was no way for us to “mask or advise our clients to hide problems.” If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to call the office anytime. Experiencia fantástica: Pleasure to deal with, cant say enough. Let me start, we closed on our dream home in October, 2019. Tammy was not our broker, she represented the seller. However, we quickly forgot. She was an absolute professional to deal with. Both Rick and Tammy are by far the best realtors we ever experienced. Simply seamless. Experiencia fantástica: Tanya Fuchs is a great realtor. She will ‘go the extra mile’ to sell your house. What I particularly liked about Tanya is that she has a college degree is in Marketing. Tanya will not just “show” your house, she will ”SELL” your house. That’s a big advantage over many other realtors. She is honest and has integrity. She also has a creative flair and knows how to help stage your house to SELL. My experience in working with Tanya was terrific, she ‘held my hand’ through the whole process. I am a very happy client!

Experiencia negativa: Rick Ramsay runs a company who lies to get the signature and doesn’t deliver his end of an agreement. We had to file a formal complaint with the Board of Long Island Realtors. Very unprofessional and disappointed with the service of him and his company. Save yourself the aggravation and go with someone who is a man of his word. Use any company other then this one. Come correct on my boy Frankie and Ella
