Experiencia negativa: Buyers/sellers, Hispanic community beware. The realtor was Ana Cuzzone. Millennium Homes, Bay Shore. My mother closed the sale on her home and at the closing the realtor who represented her was rude, unprofessional and had the audacity to meddle in personal family business. This realtor was unable to comprehend that she was at a business meeting and was incapable of staying in her lane. This was also not the first instance of disrespect. This realtor had no sense of decorum and should have kept all opinions to herself. At the end of the day this realtor made commission off of the sale and had no issue taking the money. Dealing with this realty was a terrible experience from the beginning. For example, the listing photos were taken using a cell phone - and these realtors get paid thousands of dollars for that.

Experiencia negativa: The worst of worst. They only want to sale you renovated homes; but not only the homes are renovated they owned it themselves. It seems that they are in the business of flipping houses instead of the real estate business. Nothing wrong with flipping houses they just shouldn't have a Real Estate License. My experience was last year but never got over it and feel like I need to share it.
