Experiencia negativa: We used the Bosley team to help us sell a condo five times and all five times has been a horrible experience. They do not have verbiage in their contracts to give the sellers the escrow if the buyers cancel. All five times they brought us unqualified buyers that resulted in the buyer cancelling the sale ON closing day and then stated that we had to wait until the buyers released the escrow to us which they never did so we lost the escrow four of the times and now for this fifth time we have to get our attorney involved!! They don't know what they're doing because if they did they would be protecting us as a seller. FIVE TIMES we lost our escrow because they don't have verbiage in their contracts releasing the escrow to the sellers. This condo is an Airbnb and we had to cancel holiday bookings, so we lost a lot of money, and we are suspended from Airbnb because of canceling the holiday bookings and then the condo didn't even close. The buyers backed out 2 hours before we were supposed to close and the Bosley team did not even care that we lost money and the escrow. The text I got from them was "Glad you have an attorney in your corner!" Really!!??? I would give them 0 stars but it won't let me...

Before we ever went and looked at a home, he took the time to meet with us (virtually, since we were out of state) and learn about our family's needs and wants. He helped us acclimate ourselves geographically to the area. This helped him be able to focus our search parameters and narrow down a very large area. We had a very short time frame to look at homes (2 days) and he was there with us every step of the way. While looking at homes, he listened to our reactions, was able to answer all our questions. Based on our comments and reactions, he posed really great questions to my husband and me so we could evaluate a home not just on our emotional reaction, but from a logical standpoint as well. When it came time to make an offer, he was knowledgable about the market and provided us with the back up to feel good about the price we offered.
