Experiencia fantástica: Earlier this year, I was given the opportunity to purchase a new home, but I hadn't even started planning on how to sell mine. As many know, selling a house on a timeline causes plenty of nerves and anxieties, and those were amplified for me due to a previous experience selling prior to 2020 while the market was extremely slow. I contacted Taylor Gentry with F4 Realty and explained my situation. I explained how I was worried about getting my home ready to sell on time as I did not want to delay the purchase of the future property. Taylor walked me through the process, helped me come up with a timeline through the preparation and listing, and checked in throughout the month leading up to our listing date. While I was previously stressing about whether my house would sell, Taylor encouraged me by showing recent sales of similar properties nearby, gave great recommendations for how to best prep my house for sale, backed up pricing decisions with data-driven advice, and took care of all of the behind-the-scenes work that would've added to my already busy schedule. All of Taylor and F4's work resulted in me receiving four very competitive offers with the house only being listed on the market for three days! Dozens of potential buyers visited the house through private showings and open houses throughout the weekend. Now I'm planning on closing on my sale with plenty of time before buying my next property. I was handed a stressful situation with the quick sale of my home, but Taylor and F4 Realty made the process 100% stress free with extremely positive results. I work as a nurse and one day while I was on shift she worked to solve problems and brought the price down on my home by $7000. When selling my home she could not have made things easier. She developed a check list to include photos of everything we needed to do to sell it at our greatest potential. So amazing! We had an open house with over 50 views in one afternoon. She then made a database for all TWENTY of our offers. I could not have had an easier or more organized approach to selling our home. She was phenomenal. Now as I am potentially moving in an area Jacque does not do work, she has called and vetted realtors for me to determine who she would trust to sell a home to me. She really desires to care for me.
