Forest Lake Realtor Carchedi Group Re/max Synergy

Experiencia fantástica: Difficult to leave a house after 22 years but Cathy made the whole process easier. I really appreciated her calm professional guidance and my house sold in 3 days thank you Cathy.

Experiencia fantástica: Selling a parent's home is never easy, but Cathy handled every detail with extraordinary care, sensitivity, and professionalism. What could have been an overwhelming and difficult ordeal became seamless and straightforward because of her guidance. Having known Cathy as a wonderful family friend, I already knew her character, but seeing her work as a realtor showed why she has earned such an outstanding reputation. She was attentive, proactive, and made what felt like a daunting sale process essentially effortless. If you need a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and deeply compassionate professional by your side, Cathy is the best in the business. I would work with her again without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy was chosen/ hand picked by our dad to sell his home. Dad was in his 90’s and moving into assisted living after being in his home he and my mom built nearly 50 years ago. Needless to say this move was a very emotional time for our entire family. Cathy was amazing! She walked us through the whole process and helped us navigate every aspect of the sale. She called to check on us often and truly cared about how we were doing. As in many home sales, we did have our hiccups with the buyers. Cathy was extremely helpful in walking us all through those issues which made for a seamless closing. My family and I highly recommend Cathy and would not hesitate to hire her again for any future home sale or purchase. Thank you Cathy!!❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Zak really took care of me and was very patient with me. Found my dream home. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Did a fantastic job handling our home sale even with all the curve balls we threw at them. Great advice for first-time sellers, very professional, easy to communicate with, and fast! Highly recommend

Experiencia negativa: Zero ethics or moral code. Zak put new front stairs in apart of the deal to buy a Carchedi duplex, while creating another hazard and pullin’ a ‘read the fine print’ on us. I guess not creating additional hazards should’ve been in the fine print? Also, the tenants said he was a joke at repairs and as a landlord overall. I would like to include as a selling agent too. Writing this doesn’t do me any pleasure, I am a very liking person. Too bad really.

Experiencia fantástica: Zak Carchedi was a fantastic realtor! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Zak was very helpful guiding us through the process. He answered our millions of questions with patience and timely responses. While touring Zak never pressured us, he kept us up to date on our offers and the status of houses we were interested in, he promptly forwarded our specific questions to sellers, and provided us with multiple house options meeting our budget/wish list. I personally was quite nervous starting the home buying process and it made a huge difference having someone as friendly and efficient as Zak paving the way for us. Thanks to him we have moved into our dream home!

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience with Cathy from the first day we met at an open house while window shopping for a new home through the closing date and beyond was extremely pleasant! Cathy was always just a text or phone call away when we had any questions or concerns. Joe and Rona

Experiencia fantástica: Selling and buying a new home can be stressful and frustrating at times. Our experience with Cathy as our agent in both selling and purchasing a new home made it much easier. Cathy was very considerate and helped us through it with her experience and professionalism. We are very happy with how Cathy worked with us and got things done. Chuck & Evelyn

Experiencia fantástica: Zak was fantastic. Never did it feel like he was trying to get us to buy a house faster so he could make his money and be done with us. It felt like the opposite. He’s an awesome man with a fun personality that’s extremely well versed in his line of work and we couldn’t be more thankful for his help and this new friendship! I’ve already recommended him to multiple people and I would 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: For being first time home buyers she went above and beyond breaking down the process on what to look for in a house and made the process of closing super easy

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy is always a dream to work with. Professional, Attentive, Engaging and Honest are just a few things to describe her quality of work. No question unanswered and no stone left unturned. I feel lucky to have gotten to work with her during the process of selling my home

Experiencia fantástica: I'm thankful for all of my experiences with Cathy as my agent. She knows her industry very well, has excellent communication skills, and can get the job done right. My family has used her service for many years and I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else. If you looking to buy or sell a home, call Cathy!

Experiencia fantástica: I have both sold a home and purchased a home with Cathy and I couldn’t have been any happier. She’s very knowledgeable, kind, considerate, patient, professional..I just can’t say enough good things about my experience. She has worked with other friends of mine and I will highly recommend her to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed in choosing the Carchedi Group for your real estate needs. I will be using them again in the future I’m sure!

Experiencia fantástica: Worked with cathy on the sale of our house. Cathy was recommended to me by a long time family friend who worked with cathy side by side for many years and she was right cathy did not disappoint. Was our first time selling a house and cathy made it a good experience overall even from all the nightmares you hear typically. It went smooth, simple and she even went out of her way many times to close the deal as well as dealing with offers and paperwork way past anyone's bedtime. Thank you cathy and the carchedi group for helping us sell our house and help us move into the next chapter of our life.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I recently worked with Cathy to purchase our first home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From our very first meeting, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Cathy took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process. She was always quick to respond to our questions, provided honest advice, and helped us stay calm during some of the more stressful moments. I would absolutely recommend Cathy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great realtor & a blessing to know!! Cathy did a marvelous job with the whole process of selling my house and of helping me to find, buy, & move into a new one. She has extensive knowledge of the business and this area, and whatever I needed she knew a reliable person/company to refer me to. She kept the process moving at a manageable pace, made herself available whenever I needed help, was very patient & encouraging, & made sure I wasn't panicking (no small thing). She's a good listener, a hard worker, trustworthy, & very efficient (the paper work was always ready to be explained & signed, even when things happened quickly & time was short). She worked diligently to find a buyer for my house, to help me find the right place to move into, & to coordinate the timing of it all. She definitely went above & beyond my expectations, & I highly recommend her!!! I can't thank you enough, Cathy!!!

Experiencia fantástica: In selling our home, Cathy gave our family confidence that everything would go smoothly, which is why we wanted to work with her in the first place, and she delivered. She made what was a big financial moment in our life simple and clear. Between her knowledge and experience to answer all of our countless questions, to her prompt communication, and her patience as we worked through our real estate plan and what’s best for our family, you cannot choose a better teammate for your realty journey. Working with Cathy has been an excellent experience. Go with her if you want an honest professional who gets results.

Experiencia fantástica: Zak was always quick to respond to questions and changes in my search for a home as well as flexible with my odd schedule/availability. As a first time home buyer and now owner, I felt supported each step of the way and appreciated the level of professionalism and kindness Zak exhibited.

Experiencia fantástica: We had Cathy as our buying agent for the second time and also sold our home with her this time. There was zero consideration in using another agent. We know we can trust Cathy, she listens and tells us what we need to know. This is experience and trust you can’t get just anywhere. Having an actual partner in the entire process is vital. She anticipates your questions, needs and tries to have them all addressed ahead of time. She reminds you of your goals when you’re trying to just settle and she knows it’s not right. When hurdles presented themselves or I was feeling stressed, Cathy knew just how to calm things down and keep things moving. We are exactly where we were meant to be thanks to Cathy’s help.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t even know where to begin!!! Zak has be phenomenal from the beginning. My husband and I are first time home buyers so we haven’t been down this road before. We started with someone else and felt we weren’t being fulfilled with everything & Zak took over 2 people who got all jumbled around with a lot of incorrect information to no information. He started fresh with us and made this whole house buying thing such an incredible experience. He made it peaceful and fun! Zak worked day in and day out, weekends and late at night trying to find us our first home. He explained everything so thoroughly and helped us when we didn’t understand something. We grew a relationship with him in a whole 3 weeks and that is something we are forever grateful for! He cared on our opinions on the home and he gave us his thought on homes to, which was extremely helpful in this process being new and not really knowing what we were looking for. When we first started working with him I sent a few houses to him and from an earlier conversation I had with him, he said you have horses and you do know you can’t have a horse on this property right? I chuckled when he said that because of how well he listened keep in mind I’m certain I talked his ear off. Zak was constantly looking for property where there was enough room for me to have my horses on the property. When we got discouraged a few times, Zak was there and told us don’t give up, there is something out there, we will get you guys in a house something is always popping up. Without his help and him doing what he did. We would have never found our home. Zak thank you so much for all you have done for us. We are forever grateful and appreciative for you!

Experiencia fantástica: A friend recommended Cathy to me to sell my mom‘s house and help her purchase a new one. Cathy immediately made us feel reassured and supported. She is professional and personable. With her many years of experience, we felt confident in her abilities and that she would take care of us regardless of any situation that might arise. We were impressed by her depth of knowledge and she has an exceptional eye for details, whether it’s related to contract details (which she explains in laymen’s terms) or things in the house that needed attention. She was amazing to work with and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for realty services. She will take care of you and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible!

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy was very friendly and easy to work with! I loved how transparent and communicative she was. Her and her team also many years of experience in real estate. With her, you’ll be in great hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy exhibited professionalism every step of the way through the sale of my house as a result of divorce. It was a complicated and delicate situation that Cathy handled with ease due to her experience. She always checked in with me personally, too, just to be sure I was doing ok. I would use her again and again for the sale or purchase of a property. She’s not just a great realtor, she is a great person.

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy and Zak did an amazing job being patient with us and working so hard to find us the just right home we were looking for. They asked all the right questions, advocated for us when needed, advised us wisely, encouraged us when we were freaking out, and just treated us like friends! Thank you both for all your hard work!

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy was amazing she must have showed us 60 or more properties until we found the one we liked. She knows her way around town and knows what to look for, she knew what our thoughts were before we even shared them with her. I would definitely use her services again should I ever need them
