Experiencia fantástica: Our family had a very difficult property to sell. It was a bank built in 1903, that was converted into a home. While it had beautiful lake frontage, it had no garage, only street parking, no yard except a rocky walk down to the lake and an unusual bedroom situation! It was our parents home, so a Probate sale. As Executor, I did my due diligence and interviewed several realtors. Fortunately, I found Mike Hilber! From the moment I met him, he exuded absolute confidence in his ability to sell this unique property! He went "above and beyond", because of the little things he did! A few examples include changing light bulbs, vacuuming, opening windows to get fresh air in the home and adjusting the thermostat when needed, to save me a 70 mile round trip! Mike was genuinely kind, considerate and patient with my calls and questions. He responded quickly and remained positive throughout the process! I could not have chosen a better realtor and honestly, I can hardly wait to work with him again! To say that I would recommend him is an understatement! I highly encourage anyone reading this review, to trust him to sell or purchase their home!

I told Mike in our initial meeting that I do not like or trust real estate agents and I consider them on the same level as lawyers and politicians. Mike agreed to work with us anyway with the added purpose to change my opinion real estate agents. Mike came through on all levels. I found him honest, upfront and trustworthy. Mike told us how he operates and what he would do to sell our house, then stood by his word. Mike is a great negotiator getting us the price we wanted for the sale. Mike has a solution to every little problem that shows up in these transactions, like well, septic, inspections, stagging etc. Mike has an answer for everything, and responds to every question immediately. Although I still have a low opinion of real estate agents I do have the highest opinion of Mike Hilber. I recommend Mike with the highest regard! This is probably the biggest transaction of your life, and one you can trust you are in good hands with when choosing Mike.
