Experiencia negativa: Avoid like the plague! When I was a tenant in one of the properties they managed, there was a leak in an exterior wall that was flooding the neighbor's driveway. We notified the company to send out a plumber. To access the pipe, the plumber made a hole in the interior wall. While the leaking was stopped, they never returned to close up the wall, leaving a huge gaping hole in our entryway. Terrible landlords (really, slumlords is more accurate)!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been 2 years now of renting with the space company and so far they’ve been a pleasure to deal with. We just signed our lease for another year actually and look forward to maybe buying a house with them in the future.

Experiencia negativa: This company filed an eviction 2 days before they notified me they were taking over for the homeowner. Rent was already paid to the homeowner who also never disclosed they hired a company. zero stars if possible. Communication with this homeowner has been awful prior to this I thought having a management company would be better.

Experiencia negativa: Renters beware! Looked at a property and luckily it had rained! Driveway and yard were inaccessible! When I called to ask if they plan to remedy the flooding I was told flat out no that area floods but their house was the only one like that! They want 1800 a month for you to not be able to access your home when it rains! Not a rental company I would want to deal with!

Experiencia negativa: If you are like me, you only read reviews after you have had a bad experience. These people are straight up crooks. They were the property managers for one of my rental properties and refused to return money owed to me or even respond to my inquiries for statements of accounting. You should report them to the SC Real Estate Commission. I did. Having their license revoked would benefit the Charleston community and protect other people from their predatory methods.

The customer sevrvice is bad I would not allow them to rent for me or sale my home just check out all the other reviews .

Experiencia positiva: A lot of negative reviews, but I had nothing but a fair and positive experience with them. AC unit was replaced one week after moving in, exterminator was scheduled monthly, and landlord was responsive and ready to answer questions. Knowing that many landlords and real estate companies find illegitimate reasons to keep security deposits, I never expected to receive mine back, though I kept the apartment in good shape. But I received my deposit back without hassle soon after I moved out.

Experiencia negativa: These people are horrible. Bunch or dishonest people. Mean for no reason. And don't fix things. Plumbing is trash. Property management is a joke. Now this property is levied. They haven't payed the taxes

Experiencia negativa: Gave them one start because zero was not an option. This company accepted our application fee, the lady doing the rental was not there when I came to show proof of income and deposit check. One week before the set move in date they called and said someone else wanted a longer rental and they would not be renting to us. I made the mistake of taking these people for their word. Absolutely terrible business management. They essentially took our money, agreed to terms and shafted us one week before time to move in. I will never do business with them again, not to mention all the other properties I looked at which they managed were in terrible condition. Buyers, renters, and owners looking for management beware. This is a scheming group that is purely in it for their own profit. Their word means nothing and the properties reflect the lack of effort they put in. STAY AWAY!

Experiencia negativa: I used these people to manage my rental units. They did a terrible job and were a total let down. They then refused to refund me any money after I incurred huge costs to evict tenants and repair the unit after their poor management.
