ABC Property Management

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with ABC Property Management and Brian Clark in particular was excellent in every way. Fast response times, accurate information, no pressure to make important decisions were all part of the caring and professional way I was treated.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian Clark and his team are amazing and super responsive!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a positive experience with this property management company. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to relocate much sooner than anticipated. While it was certainly not an ideal situation, they were understanding and willing to work with us to reach a reasonable resolution. We truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and flexibility during an unexpected transition. Thank you for making a difficult situation a little easier. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Beyond kind! Professional and easy to get ahold of!!! Fast responses!

Experiencia fantástica: Kind, honest people that treat you well! A real pleasure to do business with.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian and the team are Awsome! They are always so prompt with Appliance repairs and other things that need attention from time to time. They are so easy to work with and you can tell they try hard too. I highly recommend ABC.

Experiencia negativa: I’m totally willing to edit my review should things get better but as of right now, I really don’t have anything positive to say about them. My girls signed a new lease back in August, but we’re unable to even take possession for almost a month due to the fact that the fence was missing pieces, the washing machine did not work, and the toilet was literally just sitting on the floor. My kids were told that their washing machine had been replaced, but it’s been a month and the washing machine is broken yet again. It’s been almost 2 weeks and it’s my understanding that no one has been out to look at it yet. I thought I was going to be excited that they were moving into a home because they were paying so much rent on an apartment, at least at the apartment when something went wrong, someone came right out to fix it. Do better

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for your service everything was outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service and people. Very kind and knowledgeable. Will recommend and use in the future. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Brian and the ABC team on both apartments and industrial and have been extremely pleased with his service. I actually manage my own properties and sometimes use 3rd party and I am extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of reporting and distributions. I would grow with Brian everyday of the week. He is the right choice in a growing market

Experiencia fantástica: ABC property management was a pleasure to rent from! They were very prompt handling maintenance issues and we're very easy to reach. I want to take time to mention Brian personally, he was always happy to help and when the extra mile to resolve issues.

Experiencia fantástica: They did not provide service in my area but took time to provide me with other property management services. I am grateful and wish I could have hired them to manage my property. Pure class and great customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service. Very responsive to any concerns and addressing them same day! Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: We used Brian and team to lease our space for our new business location in Springdale. They made the process smooth and got us in quick. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: ABC property management has been the easiest to work with! Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: ABC Property Management has been handling a rental property for me the last several years. Brian and his staff have done a great job getting tenants into the house. Hot water tank went out and he had a new one installed the next day. Decided to repaint a few bedrooms and have the fence re-stained between tenants, and the contractors he used performed prompt, professional work at better prices than I could source on my own. Lease agreements, tax documents, and monthly statements are all accurate and timely; things I prefer a professional company to manage. Highly recommend ABC Management for taking care of your property.

Experiencia fantástica: A+++

Experiencia fantástica: Brian and his team have been managing my properties for 5 years now. Experiencia fantástica: Brian and Matt were so helpful with my move from Colorado. I had dealt with other property management outfits for weeks and found that ABC was far and away the superior company to deal with. I would refer anyone to them that's making a location change. Especially one from another state.

Experiencia fantástica: Moved to Farmington from Oklahoma. Contacted Brian Clark by phone when we got to town. Very easy process of showing rentals. Made our decision, contacted Brian, again by phone. He was very helpful and understanding of the strains and complications of moving a family (and pets) to a new town. We rented from ABC Property Management for a few months before finding a home to purchase. Again, as we were unsure of closing dates, Brian was quite flexible and understanding. We would certainly recommend ABC Property Management and Brian Clark to anyone moving to this area.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love ABC Property Management. I switched management companies over a year ago and could not be happier. Even my renters are happier with the new company as they did not like the last company. Brian is easy to get a hold of either by text, email or call. Follows through on everything. Keeps financials simple and easy to understand. Even our tax guy likes the new company better. Properties are looked after and honest opinions are given in different situations. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a Property Manager.

Experiencia fantástica: ABC's staff are friendly and professional! It's been great to work with them and I look forwarding to continuing the partnership in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: MR.BRIAN IS A GREAT GUY AND WILL DO ALL HE CAN BUT THE LAST DECISION IS NOT UP TO HIM I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM ANYDAY HE EVEN GAVE ME ADVICE AFTER I WAS DENIED BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A PAST BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT APPROVE YOU SAVE YOUR FIFTY BUCKS FOR SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING TO TAKE A CHANCE ON YOU BECAUSE EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE ESPECIALLY FOR THE ONES OF US WHO MADE MISTAKES IN THE PAST GREW UP AND LEARNED FROM THEM!!
