I know…because he just sold and closed on my house in a month’s time. When I reached out to Zach, I was unsure of the market, the timing, and even the decision to sale or rent. Zach shared data about the market in general, rental and sales facts from this area, and then allowed me to process over the span of several weeks. He answered any questions or confusion I had. During this time, he allowed me space and time to determine the steps for which I felt most comfortable. He didn’t push…he was approachable and very forthright in his communications always providing a balanced overview. I cannot begin to tell you how much this was an appreciated. Once I decided to place my house on the market, he created and communicated our plan of action beautifully. Everything from pictures or online…from appointments to offers…from contract paperwork to closing, he was there every step of the way offering the level of support I needed to feel comfortable with the process. His follow-through was again impressive…always delivering on his promises earlier than expected. I will say, again, there is no other realtor for me; Zach is my realtor…and will be again should the circumstances arise. If I could, I would give him FIVE more stars!
