Experiencia negativa: Sorry had to give a star..Shannon is the worse dealing with a house with so many issues..but she text me not to report any repairs unless it wasn't working.i have a shower the handles won't turn off so half shower /half tub cause you can't take a full shower water bill is extra high she wont fix .then today 6 months later she text me a work order n stated I'd be charged n replied she informed me she has not spoken or text me since November 2025..she will lie..I have pictures of everything..she is not a reliable landlord. 1500 for a house that's cracking...get a lawyer cause I have pictures so she will not be charging me any damage or hold my deposit n will do a walk through with my lawyer I've hired..do not rent from her or this company..warning

Experiencia negativa: I was contact with Shannon and I applied paid $100 my credit score it's almost 640 she tell me the owner deny Euclid score because you credit score less than 600 and she sended me the report with 638. She tell me you less than $600 and send report to me with 638 after I talked about it the owner not accept less than 700 credit score I think they should kill the people the owner not accept less than 700 degrees score before they applied and pay $100 to deny the request after that I offer her to helping me with other property she said no that's make me feel they do too many check background and they deny of them and they my history very clean my credit score fair and good I feel the target is get too many hundreds before somebody get rent

We lost our home during the hurricane & since we started our seasonal job a month later we had to stay in a hotel, ( definitely not The Hilton ) actually a few different hotels, so that took a major toll and depletion on our years of savings. She said at that time she had nothing but would keep us in mind. We're thinking yeah sure. Less than two weeks later she called, had found us not just our dream rental but hopefully will someday be our permanent resident, it's perfect. Bernadette Setteducate is so wonderful, within a week we were in our home, with a list she provided for us people that could help us make our transition easier. We've never been in this area all the years we've lived in Florida (30 years). She made everything so easy and I shutter to think what might of happened to us had she not been here to help. Much love, prayers & thankfulness for this beautiful lady ( and her family). She is 100% genuine.

Experiencia negativa: Shannon coughlin was highly unprofessional to me and rude! I was in my house for 4 years before they came along to manage it, it was awful that whole last year! I don't take lightly to bad reviews as it could ruin someone's career, but I was beyond a good tenant and the other companies always appreciated me and the upkeep I did on the home. It takes a lot for me to write a review. The repairs I did included painting exterior house, redoing broken patio(professional company installed new one), replacing broken window unit in the lanai, fixing dryer vent, redid the floors 3x for them bc of plumbing floods to find out there was tree roots the size of my arm in the line and they didn't replace all lines like told but only 1/4 of them, but be blamed 2 years later by Shannon it's my fault it still backs up. I have all documentation but no one cared to have a civil conversation with me. Even though I was treated so poorly I left the house in great shape. I repainted all the inside for them pretty much, cleaned it really well etc. I will say they did give me my deposit back and I don't have to fight for it but I wouldn't recommend Shannon maybe try someone else with the company?

Experiencia negativa: Do not rent from this company. Especially if the property manager is Alex Demas. She will do anything to get you into her rental and you will rarely get repairs done. She kept $870.. of my $1000.00 deposit and I had no damage. It was actually in better shape than when I moved in. Definitely cleaner. SLUMLORD that will take your money and lie to your face. Renters Beware!

Experiencia fantástica: I've known Stephanie Barrus since we were kids in school. I reached out to her a few years ago when I was looking for a new rental and she had exactly what I needed available for me within days. I lived in her property for two years but unfortunately my family outgrew that home and Stephanie didn't have anything bigger at the time. Hind sight, I wish I would have stayed there regardless of the needed space as I didn't realize how great I had it with her as my landlord. Any repair that I called her with, her Handyman Gary would be there within a days time to fix it, if not the same day. If there was something I needed her to look at, and she wasn't able to come by right away, she would send her husband Danny to help with whatever it was. Danny's an old friend from school too, besides it being ridiculously cute that they're now married, they definitely make a great real estate team! Stephanie's phone is always ringing with the line of work she's in, however she has a way of making you feel like your her top priority and only client. She was always friendly no matter how many times I would call her with issues. I will always remember when we were meeting to sign my lease in the beginning, her phone rang and with one of her property owners. She tried to answer it quickly to tell him she would call him back when she was through with her current appointment, he didn't let her get those words out though. I could unfortunately hear the man on the other end of the line screaming at her about the expense of a new ac system that she explained she didn't have a choice but to replace it, as she can not leave her tenants without ac or she would be obligated (personally obligated, not legally, as I asked her that when she got off the call) to let the tenants out of their lease without penalties and would put them into another property of hers, leaving him with no tenants as well as a non working ac system that would still need to be replaced. She said it much nicer to that man yelling at her though, but she clearly and firmly got her point across, it was this conversation I was present to hear that left me with no doubt she would definitely take care of the property and me as her tenant! When she got off the call, I made a comment about how calm she was with someone yelling at her like that. She smiled and said not to worry about her, she has the ability to block out the negativity and she's just happy that she is the buffer between her owners and tenants, as she would rather let someone vent their frustrations on her who is used to it, which allows her to professionally take care of her tenants and properties. I just reached out to her today as I'm having problems regarding my current lease and needed some answers. Not only did she take the time to speak with me when I'm no longer a tenant but was able to answer all my questions and give great advice on where I stand legally! This is what prompted me to write this review. There are so many great things to say about her, that I felt I should be writing them here as well! Granted we were old friends, however I'm positive she treats everyone as she treated me. I'm hoping to be in the market to buy a house soon and will be looking forward to working with Stephanie again! If I happen to continue in the rental market for now, the next lease I sign will definitely be with her, regardless if I like the house or not! That's what a great landlord she was!

I was weeks out from having my first baby and had just moved back to FL and my fiancee and I had a lot of trouble finding a home we liked in a safe neighborhood with people we wanted to work with during the rental process...and Stephanie saved us in more ways then one! If I could give 10 stars I would! I recommend them to everyone in Pasco looking to buy or rent! Thanks again guys!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I recently bought our first house in the Tarpon Springs area and worked with Stephanie Barrus through Davis-Clark Realtors. She came recommended to us through a family member. I should also mention we were moving from San Diego, CA to Florida as well, so a big move! She walked us through every step of the process with a lot of patience and a super fast response time even when it was late for her due to the time difference. Our plan was to fly out look for a house, and if we didn't find one we'd move out and continue looking. We ended up seeing 14 houses in one day rather than a couple since the house we wanted had an offer on it. She was patient with us the entire day even though it was a long one. We ended up buying the house, so despite the long day it definitely paid off for all of us. However, the closing seemed to keep running into hiccups as we had a VA loan, requirements and delays that sort of thing. Nothing on her end. However, she was always on the ball and responding quickly to everything. We had tons of questions which she was always answering for us and had great recommendations for local house related companies. Oh and a tip to anyone who uses Stephanie as their realtor, use the portal she sends you. It isn't a super pretty site, but it worked awesome for us, especially long distance. Both of us could tag houses and I could put comments on them, and then she would comment back on them. It made things so super organized for both of us. Loved that portal!

I would also Avoid the Property Manger Alex Demas and her handy man Gary they are both rude and will not fix anything. in Apt number 6 on Fawn dr. the Bathroom tub holds water was told to sweap out with a broom because they can't afford to fix.the whole company suck they rent to low income people they false claims against you when you move out

Experiencia fantástica: I was recently lucky enough to have the opportunity to relocate with my company to the Tampa area. I had little time to prepare the move and experienced difficulties finding a place to live. I had at the time been in contact with four realtors, every one of them doing their best to aid me in my search. One agency in particular, Davis-Clarke, Inc., went above and beyond what I ever could have expected an agency to do for me. I had originally contacted Stephanie Barrus on a potential home that unfortunately did not pan out (through no fault of her own nor the properties), that might have been the end of it however she offered to continue to search for me despite the difficulties I was having. Less than a week later, right on my own deadline for finding a place, Stephanie was able to secure a wonderful duplex for me and finished up all the necessary paperwork within days of my arrival. I could not have asked for a better advocate in a state I had yet to visit and a person I had yet to meet. I am now happily on my way to becoming a full fledged Florida resident thanks to her diligence and unwavering dedication. I could not have asked for a better home, nor could I ever have imagined that someone would go to such lengths to help out a stranger from another state. I don't normally write reviews, as I am sure most don't when they are happy, they are too busy being happy... but I would be remiss if I did not mention the professionalism and kindness of Stephanie Barrus and the Davis-Clarke, Inc. Experiencia negativa: I was shocked and appalled at the unprofessional behavior of realtor Alex Demas. Alex showed me a rental and I was interested. She did not respond to my inquiries for over a week. When she did call back, she said she had misplaced by phone#. We spoke on a Wednesday and made arrangements to drop off my rental app on Friday, with an agreement to touch base on the time. When I called on Friday to arrange a time at her convenience – she said she didn’t recall our conversation a day and a half ago. She said she was not comfortable with my boyfriend’s employment status (started a new job 3 days ago). I assured her I could cover the rent on my own and she could check credit history, etc. and that I was a longtime (5 yr) resident in the same building as this new rental. Alex said “no thanks, we are going to pass” and hung up on me. I don’t believe that’s the way to do business or treat potential/existing customer. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
