Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I just happened to randomly meet Sam after Hurricane Helene in 2024 walking down a neighborhood street. We struck up a conversation and I wondered why I was meeting this guy in real estate out of nowhere and why I felt like I should keep his information. Well, we lost his information a year and a half later haha and then I remembered he said he has a YT channel. I looked him up on YT this past February or March I can't remember, reached out to him and he got back to us pretty quickly to set up a call. We had been looking to sell after only 4 years in Land O Lakes and find a new home. The very first conversation with Sam honestly put us both at ease and felt like a huge weight was lifted. Honestly my attitude immediately shifted for the better, even my husband said something. I finally felt like I had hope for the first time in a while, he did as well. Long story long we started to work with him and now we're under contract, closing in a few weeks and found a home we love! He has been the best! He truly knows how to work with people and listen to them and actually communicate! He is a very smart guy and knows what he's doing. He will tell you what he thinks and not bs you. There were many times I wondered if he'd just agree with me on something or actually tell me different and every single time he gave me his answer and not something I wanted to hear. Which I'd honestly prefer. Some people will just agree with you or make you feel rushed and he never once did. We've worked with two other agents with two other homes in two different states since 2013 and we've never had this good of a relationship or experience with an agent. He always made me feel important and has been super attentive throughout the entire process. Every time I sent a home I wanted to look at or just check out a neighborhood I was unfamiliar with to see if it's somewhere we'd want to be, he helped set that up. His colleague Reese also helped when Sam wasn't available. The team has been awesome! Reese has also been a wonderful addition! We looked at 5+ different cities to see where we'd prefer to be and he and Reese were with us every step of the way. Not once did we think we should switch to someone else and have felt super blessed to have been led to Sam. We HIGHLY recommend Sam and his team! You will not regret it! God bless him!

He is professional, kind, caring and really good at his job. He goes above and beyond and he genuinely cares about his clients. From the first phone call to our first zoom, he was attentive. Once we found the right place, they actually went to the property to take videos for me since I was buying from out of state. Helped with the details of the purchase, recommended other trades such as insurance and maintenance companies, and were always there to answer questions or help otherwise. Experiencia fantástica: If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Moving is hard, it's harder when you are looking for a home, but are not able to travel to the location you want to move to. Aaron and Sam stepped up for us. We picked houses, they went and did video walkthroughs for us. Sent pictures, videos, FaceTimed so we could see as best as possible what we liked and didn't like. They answered our questions via text or phone rather quickly, even though we were on a different time zone. This transition to the greater Tampa area was not the easiest as there are always hiccups, but they made their end as seamless as possible. Someone was always reaching out to us keeping us updated on the things that needed to happen, where and when we needed to be, and accommodated us as best as they could. If not for them, I don't know that we would already be in our house enjoying Tampa.
