Naoji showed us countless homes (first in a broad search of both Burlington and Camden counties then helping us focus on our ideal locations) and Katie really helped us seal the deal at the end with a quick 30 day close (and answering our endless questions and obtaining so many inspector quotes for us!). Experiencia fantástica: When I started researching listing agents for $1M+ homes in Moorestown, I assumed Sotheby's or Berkshire Hathaway would the best option to list my home. However, my searches of sales of comparable homes in the area led me to Compass Realty. Three local firms including Compass presented their ideas of a listing price and a marketing plan to sell our house. Naoji's presentation was by far the most thorough. He showed us over 30 comps in the area and explained the pro's and cons of each property and how they related to our property. He gave us a reasoned estimation of a listing price, as opposed to the lip service and sky high expectations given by others. His marketing plan included high end photography, staging suggestions and use of social media. In short, his presentation was far superior to the others. The decision was easy, Naoji and Compass earned our business. Naoji assigned Dave Castorino as our agent. Dave is the best. Dave was present at every showing. The consensus of the feedback he received that the house seemed outdated. Dave and Naoji deftly communicated the issues to the sellers, one with an oversized design ego and the other with an unrealistic attachment to the home. They suggested changes to the marketing strategies as well as minor inexpensive improvements to make the house appear less dated. Naoji and Dave even brought in a staging firm to quoted a complete make over of the house along with the cost benefit of such an endeavor. We were fortunate, Compass found not one but two buyers prior to the make-over. We were presented with both offers along with the pro's and con's of each offer. Dave provided reasoned counter-offers which we agreed with. In the end, Dave and Naoji negotiated a sale price that surpassed our expectations. Compass' service did not end with the contract. Dave was present at every inspection. He communicated issues that arose from the inspections. Naoji and Dave offer reasonable solutions to those issues. Another member of the Compass team, Gina Wilson, guided us though the process of the sale, from arranging for CO inspections to reminding us to cancel the utilities to making sure we knew where and when the settlement took place. In closing, Naoji and his team provided us with first class service above and beyond my expectations of what a realtor was supposed to do. Naoji has created a first class organization. Feel free to call me if your want to be reassured Compass is the right choice to entrust the handling of one of the largest transactions in your life.
