Joseph Bongiorno - Your Local Real Estate Agent - Better Homes and Garden

Experiencia fantástica: Choosing Joe as our realtor was a fantastic choice. He’s personable, serious, but most of all he listens. It’s because of him that we doubled back to look at a home we previously viewed and ultimately chose. He’s also got great people he’s worked with for years to make the entire experience as seem less as possible. I’ve already referred him to a few friends and will keep doing it.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe is a highly experienced and professional agent. He is focused on customer service, execution, and above all, maximizing the interest of his clients. Joe is genuine, communicative and respectful — exactly who you want to represent you in a real estate transaction. I highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: We were away on vacation and out of the country, and Joe managed to list the house, show the house, be present for the fire inspection, be present for the CO inspection, work with us on a negotiation, and get a contract, all while we were 8,000 miles away! All we had to do was show up with the closing table when we came back. The only reason we give five stars is because we can’t click on six. Thank you, Joe. Look forward to working with you again.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe is currently my realtor and if everything goes well I’ll be closing this week. He has went above and beyond as far as relaying information, finding me contractors and getting things done, even if that means he’s right along side me putting in the work. I’ve had a really bad experience this time last year with trying to buy a home. The realtor I had didn’t care about my concerns. I was a check to them but with Joe, he listens, gives his honest opinion and truly cares about my issues, even if that means extra work for him. Truly a good guy and easy to get along with. He makes you feel comfortable and safe, more importantly, he doesn’t look at you as a walking dollar sign. Continue changing lives!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Buying a home in this crazy low inventory/sellers market, was a little challenging with multiple offer scenarios but Joe kept me focused and I couldn’t be happier with my house purchase. Being a single mom and coming back from out of state, I looked to Joe to keep me level-headed to make sure I wasn’t overpaying for a house. I also liked that he wasn’t bound to certain areas as I had to expand my search a bit due to the lack of inventory. If you want a realtor you can trust, who is highly attentive, makes the process smooth, and follows up to make sure you’re taken care of go with Joe! He takes care of you like family.
