Experiencia negativa: I asked Thea Bowers if a unit that was listed for sale in the Miramar building Asbury experienced leaking, like many south facing units there do, to which she replied asking if I was an idiot. The listing did not have the unit number so I could not assume if it was south facing or not. Regardless, this is VERY unprofessional and others should be warned.

I think it’s a tribute to her fairness and completely honorable way of doing business. So refreshing! She knows the market and what you need to do to maximize the return. Granted I sold mine during a sellers market, but her ideas for showing it at its best, brought more than 2 dozen good offers and a selling price of $70,000 over asking. All this while sharing a laugh, even on the most stressful days! If that doesn’t say it all, I can’t imagine what you are looking for.
