Lots of moving pieces so needed an agent who could find us what we needed QUICKLY. Also, we had lots of very specific requirements for multiple properties. Charity was the perfect match - kept everything super organized and kept the good suggestions coming. Eventually we came down for a "search weekend" - Charity had lined up 18 homes from our "short list" for us to see over those two days. SUPER efficient and organized.
