Grace took a lot of the pressure off me, helping me with landscaping, front and back yard cleaning, and mowing my lawn every week. She actively organized open houses for me every week, using her professional skills and tirelessly promoting my property. She also offered me many suggestions I hadn't anticipated, all with my own consideration in mind. For example, regarding the price of the house, which is paramount in the current sluggish real estate market. The buyer lowered the price, and I agreed to it, but she insisted on the original price and even asked me to raise it, which I refused.
