I was referred to Joe, and the moment i spoke with him, he was asking questions about what my thoughts were around the house, such as layout, must-have versus optional features. Since I was purchasing basically unseen because I lived in another state at the time, he traveled to the home and did a live tour with me so I could see each room on the inside and all of the outside before making my decision. Joe answered all my questions with great knowledge and if he wasn’t sure, he found out the answer and got back to me. After seeing there may be quite a bit of cosmetic work to be done, he negotiated with sellers and got $10,000 towards my closing costs. Experiencia fantástica: Joe is an encyclopedia for Real Estate! He knows everything there is to know. He was always available to answer our questions and offer good advice. It was a struggle in this current market after months of viewings and dealing with the bidding wars my husband and I were ready to throw in the towel. Joe was understanding and patient and he wouldn't let us quit he said just give it another go, so we went out one last time and viewed 3 houses. We put offers in for all 3 and surprisingly after 10 losses we had 3 wins, all 3 offers were accepted. In the end we were able to pick the house we really wanted. It was a real pleasure working with Joe and even though we just closed if we ever decide to sell Joe will be the first person we call :)

I could only see homes at night during the week and on weekends and he listened to my comments and only took me to homes I wanted to see or that had the items on my list. It was nice to have a realtor give honest feedback about the homes we were viewing and he was very personable as well. He negotiated with the seller to fix the broken heater even though the home was being sold as-is. After the closing, he is still in contact with me and is helping me navigate the new homeowner process. I've already recommended him to 3 of my friends.
