Experiencia negativa: Refused to address the issue of squirrels in the house or fix areas where the rodents were getting in. Serious problem when there are small children present. Please note that I did not make this review but I'm leaving it here because this the 2nd time I've seen a review in my name (the other was for window cleaning) that I never even heard of the company. Not good.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid Premier Realty if you value communication and maintenance. I lived in one of their properties for 8 years, and the experience was consistently poor. They are nearly impossible to reach via email or phone and incredibly slow to address repairs. When they finally do show up, which only happened 4 times in nearly a decade, the work is subpar and rarely fixed correctly. To top it off, they are constantly looking for ways to tack on extra fees. Rent elsewhere!

I rented for years nothing but excellent service always made sure everything was done at a timely manner never had an issue when things needed to be fixed their communication was always top tier! Not only did I rent from them I also purchased my first home with Alec Tran when I say He mad everything so smooth for me and my family he guided me through everything even did alot of the foot work from finding home inspections, being at every showing with inspections anything that was needed he also made sure i understood everything that was going on also communicating with his team to make my transition from renting to purchasing. They still help me with any questions I have regarding my new home Now I am a proud Homeowner and I will be using Premier Realty for all my future purchases! Experiencia fantástica: Peter did an outstanding job on our behalf! First of all, he was the only realtor who actually returned a phone call. Even the ones our local realtor called directly could not be bothered. He was able to get a complete understanding of our preferences and constraints and put a lot of time and effort in to selecting and previewing a number of homes to make a trip across the country worthwhile. He also previously ran a general contracting company, and has lived in Newark for decades, so he was able to help us thoroughly review each home to uncover potential issues. This saved us a lot of heartache because some defects, such as water problems and bad traffic patterns, are not always obvious. Once we selected a home, he negotiated in good faith and helped agree on a much better price than we could have on our own. Because we have no time or patience for hard-sell, dishonesty or unreliability, this was a top-notch and stress-free process for us!

Experiencia negativa: Working with this company felt like trying to get a room full of toddlers to do office work. It took over a week for them to even SUBMIT our rental application, and that was with us constantly calling to ask about the status, and then calling people FOR THEM to make sure our application was ok. Then after a second full week, they finally denied us for not making FOUR TIMES the rent, even though the application only asked for 3x. They wasted nearly 2 weeks of our time, knowing the whole time that we wouldn't qualify, yet were still more than happy to take that $80, non-refundable application fee! We started the application process on 10/25. 5 days layer we havent heard anything from them, so on 10/30 we called to check on the application. They say they need info from our apartment. Have they tried calling our apartment or contacting them in any way besides 1 voicemail? No. Did they follow up in any way? Also no. So we call the apartment, and find out Premire never faxed them the documents they need. So we call back premiere, get them to fax the forms, make sure the apartment has them, and all was well. Then it still took until 11/4 to finally hear back! (Patterson Schwartz never took longer than 48 hours for anything, and always reached out to us if something was wrong rather than leave it to resolve itself). They provided the excuse "the office manager was out of town". I had hoped working with a smaller company would have been better, but this was disgraceful. And since they keep claiming that people who leave bad reviews have never actually worked with them, I'm adding a screenshot of the $80 charge to my account. I find it interesting how much more dedicated they are to responding to these reviews than helping us when we needed it.

This is a family business; They are honest, reliable, responsive, patient, respectable, and fair. I have had outstanding customer experience; I can rely on them to work with the tenants, find new tenants for vacant properties, handle lease renewals, address any issues with property repairs, maintenance, and remodeling. Experiencia negativa: We moved to 99 highland cir about 4 years ago, we always had issues with this company with coming to fix things in the home all the time when there was a issue they would say it would be our fought , example when we first moved in here the very first night there toilet end up over flowing due to me cleaning it and they tried to say it was my fought bc I put toilet cleaner in the toilet to clean it from the last tenants that lived here, also tried to charge us 75 dollars again bc all I did was clean it the proper way!!! when it came to fixing stuff they really are horrible or they half fixed it and blamed it on us. I would always call my father to fix things bc I never wanted to deal with them unless I had to. Image me and my husband end up getting covid so we both was out of work for 10 days with no pay aware the company also even applied for rental assistance they denied us , after that we received a eviction notice, but there were aware we had covid and once we went back to work we would double pay rent and we did, btw more so of the story is come year 5 of renewal lease all of a sudden they don’t want to rent to us no more I kindly asked why they stated bc they wanted to supposedly fix the house up and rent for more, once I was told that knowing it’s very hard to get housing now and days I stated that we would be okay with paying extra and we understood things have went up that we would leave for 2 weeks so they can come in and remodel and give us a updated rental cost, it was a flat NO. I let it go and said ok not a problem. Comes Monday they call me like hey did you find something I stated NO they asked are you still leaving Saturday I said do I have a choose ? Caily states your right, image it’s September 25th we have to be out the 30th we would have been in something but they put on a form of paper work that they evicted us and that’s why we had to get out, but put on the form paid in full LOL I called carol 7pm at night asking her when did they ever send us a eviction notice bc we didn’t recall beside the one from 3 years ago lol , she stated they did not put that but the private landlord we was going to rent from showed us that they did after we just paid them 1900 dollars, comes Tuesday the 26 of September we are starting to move all our big things out the home and of course I had to get new washer and dryer for the home bc there’s had died on us about a year ago, and I told them a year ago when I got my washer and dryer that something was wrong with the valve they never came & fixed it so they told us to shut the attire water off and plug the washer up that way witch we did & September 26th 2023 I texted carol and said that the valve would not stop flowing water it’s broke she tells me shut the attire house water off I told her I did that but when I turn it back on the water continues to come out so can somebody come fix it so me and my family can shower due to us having to be at work the next morning she states she would call me in 30 mins bc we’re she was at was very loud I done stated that we need water she said unfortunately I can’t send nobody until 8:30am I told her I had work 7am and so did my husband didn’t care at all. Went the attire night no water and also had to take off of work due to them not coming out, I also asked about PETER COMING OUT TO FIX IT NO RESPOND AT ALL !!! This company sucks and I would never recommend them to nobody ever they must only be good at selling houses bc renting wise they are really bad. Sad to say but we were very good tenants never bother them unless it was major and it was always our fought when something supposedly happen…. THEY SUCK NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE ever ever

Experiencia negativa: 2 weeks ago Peter tran had his workers come out on the property I am renting and cut down a healthy, thriving fruit tree I have enjoyed here on this property for 3 years without letting me know that would be the plan. It’s wilting and half dead now on the property . Forward to today , yesterday he had his worker come out and mess around in the front yard again. This time , they destroyed my personal property . They came onto my porch and for some reason cut my potted plants from their pots. I was livid, 4 months of plant care destroyed by incompetent / disrespectful workers associated with this company . Peter tran however, had a hard time understanding why the line was crossed there. I’m not surprised. Needless to say , amongst a list of other violations with this company , I have let them know I’ll be terminating my yearly lease , only 3 months in . Beware renting with Premier.

His ultimate goal is to get you a good value and in the right house for you and your needs. He has so much experience and knowledge in a wide variety of areas which is crucial when buying a house. Peter raises concerns about properties and areas in order to make sure you understand exactly what you are buying. We never felt pressured even though the process was taking several months. His integrity is excellent. Carol the office manager is immediately responsive and was such an integral part of getting all the pieces together to make a successful home purchase. I can't say enough good things about my experience with their service. The real estate market is so tricky and there are so many layers when making a life changing decision. She has been very helpful, friendly and professional. Also, an agent named carol was very kind when I called in after cailey had left for the day, carol gladly helped me and answered all of my questions. I’m honestly not sure why there’s so many negative reviews for the company on here but personally I have had nothing but good experiences with anyone I’ve spoken with. I would give them a try if you’re looking for a realestate company.

I called and they found me the perfect place in Bayberry in Middletown. I highly recommend giving Premier a call to see if they can do for you what they did for me!
