Experiencia fantástica: We purchased our first home with Nicole Gaines’ expert assistance. As first time home buyers and buying from out of state, Nicole was an INCREDIBLE help and made the whole experience painless and enjoyable. We purchased a new build (before construction had even started) and were so glad that we didn’t follow the builder’s advice that we didn’t need our own agent. She was present on our behalf for the foundation walk through when we weren’t able to make the trip, and joined us for the pre-dry wall and final walk throughs as well. She asked helpful questions to the builder that we wouldn’t have known to ask the builder and had so much helpful information to share every time we spoke. Nicole was patient and quick to respond to our many questions as first time buyers. She gave us so much helpful advice that's above and beyond what we would have expected (ie don’t use a front load washer as it rattles the chandelier below, examples of window treatment quotes from another family that bought the same floor plan). She also had great connections for all the other professionals we needed (home loan officer, inspector), all of whom were amazing to work with. She’s obviously an expert in Tehaleh and greater Bonney Lake/Puyallup real estate. Nicole went out of her way to make this an amazing experience for us. We couldn't have imagined a better experience than what we had. She came by our home’s construction site weekly to send us pictures. We had minimal stress during the whole process, because we knew we could trust her to handle things on our behalf. She was so lovely to work with - I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again and would strongly recommend her to any friends or family members.
