She came back with the list of the things that needed to be addressed and another list that was good to have but don't need to spend money on it. That helped me with what all things that had best ROI and went with getting the house ready. The process saved me a bunch of money. She was my eyes and ears be being in GA miles away. Listing was online quickly and was done professionally. She was helpful in adjusting the price of the listing and advised me with the price which we finally sold for.
