This particular house that Mark found us has wide hallways and beautiful wooden floors to accommodate my wheelchair. What an incredible difference from narrow doorways and hard going carpets. I can honestly say that Mark Holbrook is by far the best real estate agent and created the best moving experience within all of those thirty years. One example … some frustrations I’ve experienced with agents in the past is that they try to cover too much territory. They claim to be experts in all of “their territory”, which may cover three or four towns. I’ve quit these agents as it turns out that they really don’t know the specific town I’m interested in as intimately as I would hope for. I knew for sure that I wanted to live in Roseville. I was reluctant when my Loan Officer introduced me to Mark, though he came highly recommended. Mark is immediately disarming in that are no vibes, or undertones, for a need to sell. Mark is just a down to earth likable guy. As I got to know Mark I was so pleased to find out that he specializes in Roseville only. This was further validated as he shared that he lives here in Roseville, his kids go to school in Roseville and Mark is active in the community. Beyond knowing the real estate inventory (which every realtor knows), Mark knows the communities and what they do, or don’t, have to offer like the back of his hand. With Marks knowledge, I don’t remember ever finding the perfect house for myself and my special needs daughter so quickly. It was amazing! Finally, Mark took on a sense of personal responsibly for my moving experience from the time the offer on our home was excepted until after the final box was moved into our new home.
