Experiencia fantástica: What is the best word for awesome, amazing, genuine, relatable, understanding, thoughtful, and go-getter all in one? All I can think of is ASHLYN! That should be in the dictionary. She will go the extra mile for you, she won't be upset if you ask 37,438 questions (aka me), and she doesn't get embarrassed to request things on your behalf. She will truly go all in, an extra 100 miles for you. My husband and I reached out to Ashlyn after moving home from San Diego to see what the market was like. We had never bought a home, didn't know where to start, and honestly, were confused and scared of the process. She sat down with us, explained the process, and really held our hands. Then changes in our lives happened, and it didn't feel like the right time to buy. Was she upset? Was she annoyed? Was she frustrated? Heck no! She truly made us feel that if it was the decision we had to make, she supported us. Cut to 2–3 years later, we called Ashlyn back up and told her we wanted to start looking again. Mind you, in between those years, we would still reach out to check on particular homes that caught our eye, and she was always happy to help. I could say a million good things about her, but I'll keep it short. My husband and I were moving to the Sacramento area from San Diego, so looking at homes was not a simple task. When we were interested in a place, Ashlyn always offered to check it out and take a video for us, get more details from the listing agent, drive around the area so we could see if we liked it or not, etc. She was ALWAYS available to answer our seventy-five-million questions and she is so good at explaining things in a way that is easy for first-time home-buyers like us to understand. Constantly getting outbid in extremely competitive market and being advised in nicer words, that we were not ready to own there. As far as customer service goes, she is quick to respond to phone calls, handles business and will go to bat for her clients. Because she was closer to our age, it felt more like a friend helping us find a home. She understood all of our needs and wants when looking for a home.
