My mortgage company had been a nightmare and making it impossible for me to sell I went through 2 other real estate agents before finding Blaine and his team but they were able to complete a successful short sale. This was a complex sale as the land had to be surveyed, adjustments to boundaries based on the survey, and new tax IDs assigned. In comparison to the realtor's I have worked with in the past... He was the best educated on the market and was genuinely invested in yeilding the best returns on my properties. Experiencia fantástica: We contacted Blaine after he was recommended to us from a coworker when we started looking at houses. He was super responsive to all our requests and questions. While we were away from the area he did video tours of houses we were interested in and showed us a ton of houses in a short amount of time when we did travel to the area. Experiencia fantástica: Blaine Rocks Salt Lake City Real Estate! Man, buying our vacation townhome in Salt Lake City was a breeze, all thanks to our realtor, Blaine. He knows the city like the back of his hand, and his knack for picking out spots that ticked all our boxes was downright amazing. What I really appreciated about Blaine was how well he listened. He got what my wife and I were after, even when we were a bit fuzzy on the details ourselves. He was like a mind reader with a real estate license! And talk about a communication whiz! Made it easy and Lead us to some really amazing people along the way through the process of buying the houes.
