Experiencia fantástica: Nothing but a positive experience in my home buying process 10/10 recommend Update: We came back to Joe 10 years later with a very complex multi property involved transaction and he and his team made the entire process as smooth as it possibly could have been combining so many property listings of selling and buying. I honestly don’t believe anyone else could have taken this on and got it handled in the timely and professional manner that he did! We knew from our experience a decade ago Joe B. was our guy and we would tell anyone who asks not to waste their time with any other brokerage and realtor team! Thanks for all you have done Joe honestly couldn’t be more happy!

Experiencia fantástica: Wilson Underkuffler is an absolute gem! His energy, local knowledge, and resourcefulness make him stand out. Our first contact with him was through his Meta page where he provides thoughtful analysis and information about the real estate market in Ogden. After meeting and talking about what we needed in a home, he was very perceptive in helping us find the home we dreamed of. He and his team advocated for us and communicated with us effectively throughout the home buying process, and his support continues to be invaluable in finding the best local services and professionals to help us move into and maintain our home. If you're considering buying in Ogden, look no further – Wilson Underkuffler, Ogden’s East Bench Guru, is the one to call for an exceptional experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Brick Realty Co went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our perfect home! We also decided to rent out our current home for the first time and Joe, our agent, walked us through the whole process and gave us pointers. We wanted to learn property management ourselves since this was our first time, but once we are ready to hire a property management company, we know where we are going.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this brokerage. Very knowledgeable and aware of the real estate market and Joe goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. They will go the distance on your behalf! Very professional!

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely give 5 stars, but in this case I wish there were 6! I can't say enough good things about Joe. Selling and buying real estate is always stressful, and for me it felt like I was paying way too much money to realtors/ real estate agents for what I was getting in return. Absolutely NOT the case with Joe. The things he did before asking me to sign the REPC, or committing to use him, was more than I had gotten out of other real estate agents I had previously used with a signed repc. His advice along the way was beneficial every time. If I had concerns, he'd address them instantly and make any adjustments I felt I needed. I never waited more than a couple hours to hear back from him, and usually I didn't wait at all as he answered my calls and texts instantly as long as he wasn't actively helping another client. I've bought and sold over 9 homes in the past decade and out of all those transactions, Joe is the ONLY realtor I would recommend and I do so with enthusiasm! Joe butcher is the one in a million real estate guru that everyone dreams of. So, if you're fortunate enough to be considering using his services and are reading reviews first... good! I'm sure this is not the only review you'll read that will assure you, you've got the best when you go with Joe!

Experiencia fantástica: We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle when our landlord decided to sell the house we were renting. We had worked with a couple realtors and they were getting antsy to sell us anything even if it didn't fit our needs. We started working with Joe/Brick Realty and he didn't try rushing us into anything or persuading us even for his benefit. With his help we found exactly what we needed. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible. That is the best word to use for Joe and his team. Seriously, he made buying a home, selling a home, and living in a home fun. Not all realtors are created equal… Joe is the gold standard. I really appreciated how upfront he was, how he set realistic expectations and guided us to an incredible home. Also, he was so kind when we turned homes down, he wasn’t frustrated and made sure we knew he was excited to look at the next one with us. He is very aware of the market and was right on top of homes as they were listed. There is not a single aspect of the experience I would change. He is honest, and incredible to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for someone who is 100% dedicated to helping you do what's best for you in purchasing a home or selling a home, Joe is your guy. He and his wife put their heart and soul into the business! So much extra effort to be up to date with all the current info on the market. I would recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I own multiple businesses in the Ogden Utah area Joe Butcher was the real estate agent that I chose to use to purchase my first standalone business and his help was exceptional. Helped us secure financing, helped us navigate the paperwork, he helped us negotiate a few things with the sellers and he was even there with us after we bought the business to continue the relationship. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve worked with Brick Realty/Wilson Underkuffler and have seen him pull of deals that I didn’t think were possible. He is smart, knowledgeable, and incredibly in tune with the market and the area that we live in. He tracks the data surrounding the housing market and mortgage rates/trends super closely to make sure he is able to write offers that win. He will work tirelessly to make sure that his clients get what they want for the best price possible. Highly recommend everyone I know, and dont know, to give Brick Realty and Wilson Underkuffler a shot. -Michelle

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Brick Realty Co. highly enough for anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent. Their commitment to excellence, combined with a personalized approach and unmatched expertise, sets them apart in this industry. Experiencia fantástica: Working with Brick Realty Co was an absolute pleasure. They have been very helpful and have stayed connected with me for years. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch service in the real estate market. 5 stars for them.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Brick Realty on multiple occasions and am always impressed with the professionalism and years of extensive real estate knowledge from their seasoned agents. A small, but mighty team that goes above and beyond to ensure every detail of the transaction is taken into consideration and that their clients leave feeling heard and empowered.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve worked with Brick on multiple transactions and they are unparalleled in their client services, professionalism, and their desire and willingness to go above and beyond! When purchasing our first investment property we hit a few snags in the escrow process and Ashley, our agent, was incredibly impressive with her knowledge of real estate processes and laws, and her get-it-done attitude! We had an extremely tight timeframe and she made sure everything was done on schedule and even out of regular business hours; we couldn’t have done it without her. We also have Brick managing a rental and while this rental hasn’t been the easiest property, Brick has gone above and BEYOND; definitely working way more than they’re being compensated for! This small boutique style agency really treats their clients like family instead of just transactions. They completely understand that these are some of the most stressful and largest undertakings most of us will do in our lives and are experts in making their clients feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in these dealings. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend, I personally won’t ever use another brokerage.
