It made us extremely competitive (even though 200 people went through the open house!) and enabled us to secure the first home we put an offer on!! We wouldn't have been able to come to the same offer without her help. Additionally, she was extremely responsive and made us feel heard throughout the process - even with us starting the hunt from out of state! She did virtual tours and coordinated with us for when we were in town. I also had some wants vs. needs in a house that felt a little silly (I like symmetry, a lot of natural light, and just that warm and fuzzy this-is-my-home and I can picture the Christmas tree over there feeling!) and she never made me feel stupid about it, or the things that I wanted when thinking about our growing family, despite not having had kids yet.
