Kevin was so helpful and responsive in guiding me through the process, including recommending contractors to make the changes that I wanted. Of course I turned to Kevin to sell the property we had owned for 40 years, I highly recommend him and his team.

Experiencia negativa: I am amazed that Kevin is so top-rated. I still wonder what was different about me. I am confident that my experience contributed to chronic lymphocytic leukemia I developed a year Kevin quickly got a highly loaded FMV offer conditioned on the buyer having the right to back out right up to closing.. My rejecting the first offer, which included a $5k penalty for backing out, led to a second offer that increased the penalty to $10K. The ongoing issue was a dispute as to my right to garage parking. This had been going on for 20 years and likely will go on infinitely. Kevin told one potential buyer of the garage issue when meeting outside of my home. The buyer opted to not look at the place. Kevin has no answer for why he did not first show the place and then tell the presumably excited buyer about the issue. The worst thing is the response of Kevin when I explained why my unit was unlikely to lose the space was “I don’t understand that legal mumbo jumbo.” Being a licensed realtor requires understanding that “legal mumbo jumbo.” Subsequent buyers made an acceptable offer of $25K below FMV. I always had told Kevin to disclose the garage issue during a showing. This time, he did not. That period expired on a milestone birthday that already was horrible. My attorney called to push me to give the buyers another two weeks so that their attorney could fully investigate the garage issue. I repeatedly said no. At this point, Kevin came on the phone. They ganged up on me by browbeating me into agreeing to the extension. They told me that the buyer was very interested and that I could count on it working out. I already effectively lost out in two weeks of showings and was facing another two weeks. I literally was in tears all evening, and my partner kept asking if I ever was going to stop crying. Of course, the buyers passed. This led to my reluctantly having an accepted offer on my current house. I did not rule out backing out if I did not sell the place for which Kevin was the agent. The buyers who previously backed out made an offer $50K less than the FMV with no contingencies. . Having little choice, I took it. The kicker came 15 minutes before I left my old place for good. Kevin pulled up and handed me a gin-and-tonic set as a gift. He waited until after handing it to me if I drank. I do not have a problem but do not drink much. I threw out the gin and the tonic and never have used the glasses.

Experiencia fantástica: When it came time to sell our mother’s home, the one she and dad bought brand new in 1955, we spoke with several realtors in the area. All were high calibre professionals but Kevin Fruh just clicked with us. He did his homework and came to our first meeting fully prepared with information and advice. Even more important, he listened to us. Kevin and his incredibly efficient assistant, Rachel Mello, are friendly, easy-going, and fun to work with. But don’t let their demeanor fool you. This is a hard-working, conscientious, knowledgeable and responsive team who will efficiently get the job done for you. Questions, whether texted, email or phoned were answered within minutes. They were patient as well as we dealt with cleaning out nearly seven decades of family effects. Finally ready, the property went on the market on a Thursday, Fruh held open houses Saturday and Sunday and on Monday we had five offers, all well above asking price. What was expected to be a fast, simple sale became complicated, however, when just a week before closing two open building permits were discovered, one from 1996! The Fruh team stepped up the game, working with City Hall and lawyers on both sides to settle the issue and meet the closing date. Whether you are buying or selling, contact Fruh Realty. Experiencia negativa: Justin Haley from Fruh Realty was the agent for the person who I bought my condo from last year; and he really misrepresented the detail of the condo. During the purchase, after I saw the condo plan, I realized that the is a problem with the way the parking spots are allocated for each condo units (one of the parking spots was half-way blocking my personal garage door). I immediate raised my concern with my real estate agent and also Justin. Justin offered an in-person meeting to clarify the parking spots; and the way he tried to sweep the issue under the rug was very unprofessional. In that meeting he insisted that it is illegal for anyone to park half-way in front of my garage. After I bought the condo, I found out that my neighbor is parking his car in front of my garage every day and it was legal battle for almost 1 year with me spending over $5k on lawyer fees to get that resolved. I highly suggest staying away from this firm as they showed they are not trustworthy in representing the true detail of the deal.
